Do festive horns give the car a jingling sound?

So I noticed that when a car with a festive horn bounces, there is a jingling sound. Can anyone confirm?

I have the first horn installed and I remember a bell jingle, not sure if it was from the car bouncing though.

Yup! Made a video to confirm it myself.

 

Apparently people are saying it was like this last year if you put on Elf boots, but this year it's putting on the horn that gets you the jingle sound.

 

Good on Rockstar for adding in a little extra.
