I don't think so unless you changed that. I still got 15mil and my level. But then again I didn't drop any money, but they shouldn't remove any of your level.

You are wrong. My level is only legit thing that I made during my playthrough. I don't care if they took my money or my cars - they were acquired via glitches, thus they can rightfully take them away...

I don't think they reset it as the acct I a bit most with wasn't changed. The acct I only ever use for modding now has never, ever got any flagging or whatever, despite big level adjustments etc.

No, I am correct. The standard ban policy was as I described. That might have changed, and they do vary. I know of one case where someone got a long ban (month or more) on their first offense. This person is a moderately well known griefer and mentally ill loser who likes to harass kids playing Minecraft and Garrysmod.

 

Sorry, I don't understand how you are correct when the policy has been changed. You didn't ever need three prior Rockstar Games strikes. There has never been a standard' ban policy, since the release of GTAV on PC, for their first offences people could get 1 week, 10 days or a 2 week ban. Their second offence could warrant a one month, 45 day or 2 month ban. Originally, 'permanent' bans were for a lot longer than 20 years (I think the year 2269 springs to mind).

 

There are people who have had 5 or 6 bans on the same account, apparently they'd been permanently banned, but after logging back in, they just get constant 1 week bans. There are also reports of people getting permanent bans on fresh, brand new accounts. Just look at the situation with NTAuthority.

Sigh, typical unaware forum member. Doesn't know about transfered accounts, doesn't know the difference between modders, hackers and or glitchers. Does only moan because of envy and feeling jealousy about other people having fun while he has to grind for decades because he has to be 'that guy' that plays according to R*'s lazy rules.

 

There are currently no modders on PS4, just glitchers and transfered accounts only passed on money and rank. Nothing that should hurt you. Combat rolls have been patched out, so have snacks and bp vests. Anyone being in god-mode is simply abusing a glitch. However its your own dumb ass to blame if you get griefed by them because you can just go passive mode.

 

TIP just for you:

 

Yell in your mic while robbing stores for your legit cash, the cashier will pay you out faster then normal.

I guess I have been lucky as I generally don't play in public maps but started to go in there since the yachts dropped so I could do research on different colours before I ordered mine. I ran into maybe 4 modders and they weren't a problem at all. There were giving cash to only those who seemed to want it and they were turning themselves into different characters/objects basically only after others were asking for it or there to laugh.

 

I'd personally rather be playing with people like that who can give me a laugh than super serious asshats who decide to shoot players for no reason other than they somehow find that fun. I guess i just don't understand why shooting another player (especially when they aren't even looking to engage in a firefight so they're just a glorified npc) is enjoyable but shooting say NPCs or cops isn't. I hate people so I often don't understand their thought processes though.

afaik, level modding and money are the main targets, but even with money they might not take away all of it, or any of it. there really isn't a way for them to tell what cars were legitamately purchased etc. I would lose a few cars like the Stratum with spoiler and lip, and a few other cars that are usually unobtainable without a mod menu.

What i have understood, the situation on old gen and pc really need sorting out. And if you have used a third party software, i do think that you need to be ready to face the consequences. I am so happy that I'm on PS4, my blood pressure couldn't handle that kind of dumbness.

And yeah, failure on humanity is on a nicer side of my vocabulary when discussing about these mofo's. Ruining fun for all, when people have invested time and money into this game, sucks bad.

 

Edit; Yeah, i hope that they ban everyone who has ever cheated, and take everything from those who have benefited from modders. They can play again in 2035, all by themselves.

It's funny how people on this forum are acting like they've never used one glitch in their entire life on a game. And I'm not just talking about this game I'm talking about other games too.

Please, just read again. I wasn't completely clear, i admit, but I was being hard on cheaters and modders. I sincerely feel sorry for you folks on infested platforms, and by the controversial "all that have benefited" i meant those fa**ots that cheat, glitch or whatever one wants to call being an ass. But definitely also everyone that has gotten modded money, and been just happily spending it away, some without a doubt have requested for it.

i can confirm that the banwave is real. I can't believe they ruined the fun right before xmas, i was looking forward to play around in snow, do snapmatics. But now i can't do all that sh*t because i was banned without any notice (no email), i do admit going online with injector based trainer but i didn't do anything bad, and going back to ps3 is so painful now. I guess my whole holiday is ruined this year. Couldn't they just ban me for at least a week and not 10 days, which is enough to miss out everything.

 

I can only say this, rockstar is banning anyone randomly without looking at people, i have a friend who dropped cash to me and buddies, have a tampa in the garage and for some reason he wasn't caught in this banwave

what is this whining? You cheated - you got caught - its not their problem to determine whether you were doing "anything bad" or not...

Encountering hackers has been both less frequent and more subdued when they are encountered recently ... very nice ...

 

I have encountered precisely 2 god mode using folk in the past week.

 

I have encountered one instance of someone placing an item on me (stuck a christmas tree to my head) in the past week.

 

very very nice ... switch lobbies - no more hacker.

I'm currently on PS4 and glad i am although we are still getting modders on our platforms I've counted at least seven or eight today some even displaying god mode in freeroam with k/d's just laughable. It annoys the heck out of me to be honest just ruins the game and I'm glad R* are clamping down on this no place for this what so ever in a game where most enjoy playing online for what it is.

There are no "modders" on PS4. It's simply not possible.

 

What you encountered were glitchers. People exploiting coding loopholes to make themselves immune to damage.

 

Some of these glitchers are using modded accounts (modded stats with high k/d and levels) transferred over from PS3/360.

 

Combine the two and you get bunch of [email protected] suffering from afluenza crying out for someone to care about them.

 

You can rest easy though. You will likely never see them again as those accounts are typically banned in short order.

sh*tstar is totally 100% incompetent so they are not ignoring this. They just suck at what they do and can't stop it from happening.

I've now decided to cheat the **** out of this game on the account Sh*tstar banned for, and I'm not joking about this , spending $23million to quickly. That's what i just today found out why i got banned. Their pathetic excuse of an anti cheat system flagged me for spending money i made legitimately. lol
