IMO the Schaffer v12s are worth it

the normal one is very cheap and fast for its price, plus it's a four door and can out sprint a t20.

don't expect to do well on the corners though but at 5% ish of the price of the t20 it's quite competitive.

 

the armored one is slower but that is to be expected. it does well in freeroam unless you enter direct combat, but that should be done on foot anyway. you can safely drive past a player who empties an entire carbine mag into your car as the damage is spread across the windows. and you're relatively safe from an rpg.

it also works well as mission transport, resisting the odd granger of gangsters, on your way to a Pegasus air vehicle. you also don't have to worry too much about exploding vehicles.

 

tldr just my opinion, since that's what people seem to be posting
