ShadowTV Posted December 21, 2015 Share Posted December 21, 2015 I cannot seem to find the sound file or function (who knows?) for the sound the car makes in Online, when using the key. I have the animation ready, but not the sound because I can't find it. I used OpenIV to search in the update/x64/dlcpacks/mplowrider/dlc.rpf file I have looked through many more .rpf's but still no luck. If someone knows, please help Thanks in advance. ISOFX Posted December 21, 2015 Share Posted December 21, 2015 Hey man! If you have searched through all the rpf files and found nothing, you could just add your own sound in. Embed the sound file into your .dll file (if your coding in C#) and play it whenever you want. Hope it helps! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I'm developing in C++ but this will help, when I am trying to code in C# thanks! void sub_15ced9() { if (ENTITY::IS_ENTITY_PLAYING_ANIM(PLAYER::PLAYER_PED_ID(), l_175, l_17B, 3)) { if (ENTITY::GET_ENTITY_ANIM_CURRENT_TIME(PLAYER::PLAYER_PED_ID(), l_175, l_17B) >= 0.226) { if (!GAMEPLAY::IS_BIT_SET(l_183, 0)) { AUDIO::PLAY_SOUND_FROM_ENTITY(-1, "Remote_Control_Fob", PLAYER::PLAYER_PED_ID(), "PI_Menu_Sounds", 1, 0); if ((!ENTITY::IS_ENTITY_DEAD(g_12925F)) || (!ENTITY::IS_ENTITY_DEAD(g_129260))) { if (GAMEPLAY::IS_BIT_SET(g_129259, 1)) { if (!ENTITY::IS_ENTITY_DEAD(g_129260)) { AUDIO::PLAY_SOUND_FROM_ENTITY(-1, "Remote_Control_Close", g_129260, "PI_Menu_Sounds", 1, 0); } else { AUDIO::PLAY_SOUND_FROM_ENTITY(-1, "Remote_Control_Close", g_12925F, "PI_Menu_Sounds", 1, 0); } } if (GAMEPLAY::IS_BIT_SET(g_129259, 0)) { if (!ENTITY::IS_ENTITY_DEAD(g_129260)) { AUDIO::PLAY_SOUND_FROM_ENTITY(-1, "Remote_Control_Open", g_129260, "PI_Menu_Sounds", 1, 0); } else { AUDIO::PLAY_SOUND_FROM_ENTITY(-1, "Remote_Control_Open", g_12925F, "PI_Menu_Sounds", 1, 0); } } if (GAMEPLAY::IS_BIT_SET(g_129259, 5) || GAMEPLAY::IS_BIT_SET(g_129259, 4)) { AUDIO::PLAY_SOUND_FROM_ENTITY(-1, "Toggle_Lights", g_12925F, "PI_Menu_Sounds", 1, 0); } } GAMEPLAY::SET_BIT(&l_183, 0); } } if (ENTITY::GET_ENTITY_ANIM_CURRENT_TIME(PLAYER::PLAYER_PED_ID(), l_175, l_17B) >= 0.43) { GAMEPLAY::SET_BIT(&l_183, 5); } }} I guess I need the "AUDIO::PLAY_SOUND_FROM_ENTITY(-1, "Remote_Control_Fob", PLAYER::PLAYER_PED_ID(), "PI_Menu_Sounds", 1, 0);" and the others with "Remote_Control_Open" and "Remote_Control_Close". Or should I take all the code and call it, when a button is pressed? Edited December 22, 2015 by ShadowTV Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Tried other natives like AUDIO::PLAY_SOUND or AUDIO::PLAY_SOUND_FRONTEND, still no luck. With "non of them work" I mean they don't play a sound . Very weird. Very weird.I don't know much for c++, but I think you can still load external sounds through a folder or something. I have seen many mods that use this method.
