Has anyone ever misled Rockstar support into giving them a missing item? I hate to stoop so low but the raffle shirts are really getting on my nerves. In my defense I have participated in every single raffle. I am seeing some users win 3 or even 4 times. Getting them legitimately seems impossible. I offered Rockstar support $500 straight up for the shirts, but they said no. I will exhaust every option until I get the shirts. Seems so unfair.

 

$500,- dollars for a few tshirts? This must be a troll, the dollar must finally be less worth than the paper it is printed on or you must be living still at home.

Game THEM? Jesus christ, I tried to get my promised 25% refund from my fourth apartment for two straight weeks with no success. If they cant even give me what I deserve how in god names could I game them?

 

I never had any problems getting money from them if I lost stuff over the years. Just be nice and they shouldn't give any problem.

Complete opposite for me unfortunately. Completed a Heist recently, typical R* servers at the moment disconnected me as the heist was completed. When I got back online the three guys I played with had all been rewarded, the heist had disappeared from the apartment yet I had not received any award. Contacted R* support and they said the claim couldn't be verified as their "cloud servers" said I had received the award. Expect this crap from EA, not R*.

 

Just means I won't waste any money on shark cards etc. Not overly bothered about the cash/RP as it's not too hard to grind, just irritating that it's a genuine claim and they've rejected it. BAH HUMBUG!

I've never tried to exploit Rockstar support, because I generally feel bad for people who work in customer support anywhere.

On topic, for this I must choose my words carefully. I called about a legit problem I was having. I didn't include the "rest of the story" that would've prevented them from assisting me. I kept it simple, to the point and to the exact issue I was having. They were great btw and problem solved. So perhaps a "game" by omission?

Did a char transfer from x360 to x1 and all my slot 1 cars were missing, told them the total and got 6m reimbursed.

 

Only to find that all my cars swapped to my slot 2 character. So i had about 3m worth of cars on a level 1 and i got 6m back on my main. Guess i didn't really game them as i didn't know at the time they swapped.

Even Tier-2 Support tried multiple ways of fixing it, but nothing worked. Gave me $200,000 and one of each of the CE cars. The last update finally resolved it.
