I've been having this annoying issue in single player where the tow truck that triggers the towing missions for Franklin doesn't spawn at the impound. This is happening for me on both ps3 and ps4 versions. I've owned the impound for a while in both versions of my game and eventually it just stopped spawning after a couple of missions. I've tried going to other locations in the game to find the tow truck but I've yet to find it (even with the other 2 characters). Has anyone had this issue? Is there a way to fix it?
