my driving stat isn't increased

Ok my rank 45 character's driving stat hasn't went past unlicensed all day. My stamina and shooting stats got maxed out today but my driving stat hasn't changed a bit. I have never had this problem with my main character

I maxed my driving out real slow. I remember using my Turismo a lot after I learned how it handled. I noticed it'd go up a lot more at high speeds, dodging traffic.

 

I doubt it helped my driving skill but I spend a lot of time on bmxs and sometimes other bicycles. I remember thinking it would help my strength but eventually I just started using melee a lot to get it up.

 

I've also heard you can get your driving up using a quad or dirtbike off road, on a flat area where you can keep it steady at a high speed.

I think I noticed a few times that mine increased after landing jumps. And races maybe. Not sure though, that was 2 years ago.

You have to git gud and it increases

A guy I used to play with got his strength stat stuck. It never moved even though he did more beach grinding than I did.
