Old gamer guy for a fun crew

I'm in my late 30's and recently switched to XBox One. I'm looking to join a fun role play MC or a fun but mature crew with members closer to my age. I prefer a RP MC or crew that plays in private lobbies due to public lobbies being full of modders, glitchers and overall cheaters. Thanks for reading my post and have a good day/night.

I'm on Xbox 360. I like to play the game for the missions and killing the npc's.

My crew mate and I communicate very well but we want to run the heists and need 4 players (with mics).

 

We are methodical with our attacks, and rarely die during missions because we plan our attacks and back each other up.
