Help finding pheonix!

I have been looking for the Phoenix for the past 2 weeks and have had no luck. I'm searching around the docks but it's not spawning. I am on Xbox 360 and my gt is Electric1Wizard

If its any help mate they appear mostly around the docks / industrialised eastern side of LS, i have one but im on XB1 otherwise i would have brought it out to help. Good luck!

Do many saves, and search in Southern Los Santos, especially in the area of Grove Street/The Stadium, and Trevor's Garage in Pillbox Hill.

Go to the no hay bronco mission when it's time to blow up the cars drive to the next block there is one sitting in the drive way u can't store it but if you kill the gang leader while in the car the mission ends go to free mode and you will start in the Phoenix u finished the mission in u still can't store it but you can use it to spawn another one that you can store I have had the most luck over by the car wash in the Davis area
