Is It Fair To Give 20% In Heists?

15% is fair.

Go host and see how easy it is.You got

1)low level scrubs

2)high level scrubs

3)quitters

4)trolls

5)internet from cambodia laggers.

6)rockstar disconnections

7)matchmaking that takes ages.

Plus I paid for the heist upfront and dont get paid for any setups.

Take a hike joe schmoe.

i'm fine with 15% but if you feeling generous , i don't mind but no less 15%

if i were a leader , i don't mind if they're skipping my setup either but only if they can cooperate with me and not like typical idiots who makes the same mistake over and over again

Huh? 20% is too HIGH for you? Wow, I think your friend needs to find a new friend.

It doesn't matter who plays with you during the finale.

Everyone who helped on the setups already got compensated for that work, meaning they got roughly $26,000 on each of the setups if they were played on hard.

Stop being so damn greedy and do the finale glitch where you can just play it over and over again with a few friends.

A friend wouldn't let a friend wait at a lobby waiting for members in the first place.

This topic is beating a dead lazy bum.

Simple:

If they dont play set ups, 15

they helped you with 50-100%,25

The people whom say friends get X amount , most of them use randoms to get to finale and never invite them back, scum of the earth.

My friend and I when our friends are not on have joined randoms and they try to give people 0% even after we had done all the work on the set up. We have run into many that will go afk during set ups and not do jack and then when the main mission comes up will try and give us 0 %

My friends and I will fail any heist you want if you give 15%. 20% buys completion. Anything less is a host being greedy and you won't get satisfaction from us. 15% is not enough and as others have stated people got paid for the setups. We usually join by phone and 1 person invites whoever else they can into the heist. If we join and it's the 1st setup we'll play through to the final. If we join and its a final then we will finish it only if we are paid fairly. 20% is fair 15% is not. Too many greedy bastards will play the setups then not reinvite the people who got them there. Then they try to use the "you didn't do any setups so you only get 15%" line. 55% to 1 person is just them being a greedy douche.

Not really... 55% for a leader doesn't make them greedy because the leader has to pay to start the Heist and the Leader gets no money from the setups.

Just host Pac Standard and give 70% to your friend (if you know what i mean) Lmao

Just do 20%

You'll make more money in the long run.

I'll ready up at 15% myself, but will always 40/20/20/20 if I host.

I only play heists with people on the list in my signature, and they get 20% regardless of number of setups as I know they will get the job done with no fuss again and again.

Now and again I play with randoms, and it usually underlines why I shouldn't..

IMO if I go into any heist finale and I see anything lower than 20% I just back out,. It isn't even worth trying to play with random players anymore

No, 70-10-10-10 or 70-30-0-0 with a friend is the way to go.

Who even 55-15-15-15, 40-20-20-20 or 25-25-25-25 these days? Those are so lame.

People who helped with setups got paid for setups. People who did not help did not get paid for setups. They already do earn less for the whole thing.

Why some people think the host deserves a couple of grand extra for the "work" of dumping setup helpers for a fresh heist crew is beyond me. Probably bad math. 20% is the fairest cut except for Series A where 15% cuts are closer to an even money distribution. (Good luck finding players willing to do that heist for 15%, though.)

I always give 20% to my club mates, sometimes even 25% if they need it.
If a non-club players joins they get below 20% and it's shared among the others.

It's really only fair if they've done the setups or are really in need of money and you feel generous. Everything else to me goes 55/15/15/15...

LOL - if you give somone 0% for the finale, they WILL quit or just not ready up in the first place unless they are an idiot :) Who works for free?

If i can finish finale, they have deserved 20%. If someone, especially lower leveled jumps to the final, i might offer 15%, but usually i give 20%, i don't like getting 15 myself. I munkit pay more for good people who's been on setups.

It's kind of useless to ponder these things when playing with randoms. If they stay alive, 20% is ok, but money doesn't keep them alive. Guess I like paying 15% more than getting paid 15%....

Am I the only person annoyed when people ask for 20% in Heists? There's always strangers I meet on freemode joining my Heists and asking for 20% when they haven't done any setups.

Even my friend is greedy like that, whenever I invite him to setups he never joins (unless it's a fun setup like Humane EMP) but when there's a Heist he's nearly like the first person to join and always asks for 20% even though he's done no setups.

Most of my heist friends share 25% with each other. Setups are not an issue.

Another guy on my friend list paid me in the past 20% for the first 5 or so heists.

He then thought 15% is best after that. Now I ignore his heist invites.

He lost out on millions as I never introduced him to my other heist friends. Now he faces the long waits and many fails with randumbs. LOL

I also have another greedy friend that no longer gets invites to heists by any of us.

Now that he mainly has to use randumbs, he hasn't been seen online in weeks. LOL

Greed doesn't pay in our group.

EXACTLY. These greedy idiots only giving friends 15% will suffer, and legitimately so. I've gone 200+ PSJ finales without dying (except blowing up the bikes and myself) and failed it once by accidentally driving into the water in that span (random chance/human error). I elited it 5 or 6 times at least. If you want pro help, you pay real money. I will let my crewmates take more and only give me 15% because I'm effing rich and they respect/appreciate it.

Random players give you random player problems. Enjoy spending 5 hours on 1 finale because you wanted to keep 10% more...

Don't really understand people giving 25% to everyone, the host as to pay upfront to start the heist and doesnt get any payouts. I usually do heist with friends so 40/20/20/20. I remember doing humane lab during double $, I was doing it with randoms. It took me ages to complete cause the randoms kept failling or leaving. When I got to the heist none of the randoms had done any of the setups. I was giving 15% to the other guys, they were complaining it was not enough (even though I just spent the last 3 hours trying to do the setups with randoms). I switch lobby and found 3 other randoms that were happy to get a easy 120 000$-200 000$ (dont remember the payout of 2x money on humane) in 15 minutes. The 3 first randoms were greedy and lost a opportunity to have easy money.

If a random do all the setups I will give him 20% and I know he is getting paid for the setups(like few people keep saying on this thread), but not as much as the actual heist. If we do all setups together and I only give him 15%, I still made more money then him at the end. Doesnt make sense, if he did the same amount of ''work'' he deserve as much as me. I usually host anyways and never join randoms cause that way I don't get f*cked at the end

Haha one time a friend invited me and 2 other friends to his heist. He decided to give us 15%. When the thing started we were going in circle instead of doing the objective. He said: '' Guys what are you doing?''. Our answer: ''Sorry at 15% our GPS doesn't work, we don't know where we need to go''.

Never did heist again with that guy

Waitwaitwaitwait... Humane Setup is funny? Have you ever played it with strangers that go in Rambo-style?

I was talking about the heist. The thing you are referring to I think is the last setup. Deliviring the EMP to humane lab. It's by far the worst setup to do with randoms who either don't have a mic or don't listen at all.

I was doing the pac standard glitch with a friend yesterday, and I invited my friends list to fill in the other spots.

We did 0/60/20/20 and both guys getting 20 complained the cut wasn't fair.

Kicked, deleted, lmao.

Let me ask the question this way: would you pay 20% to a competent person who pretty much never dies or would you rather pay 15% to an asshat who invents news ways to die each time?

Sometimes you get what you pay for. I don't need the money any more, but when I did, for those that I completed over and over again, I felt like I was worth the 20%.
