3rd character slot for a new city?

So the 3rd character slot has been locked for ages.. and when the hell are R* going to add them.

if there is a new map expansion out soon, do you think that a new character will need to be created for it?

On current gen/PC there is no slots as it's replaced with a line up style screen.

 

Last gen had 3 4 and 5, I honestly think it was just to fill the space and not suggesting anything.

I hope i wouldn't have to make a whole new character for that. I like the one i have now. So much hard work has went into this guy...

maybe it was meant to be implemented before all glitchers and modders came up, maybe it was intended to be only unlockable trough a pay wall....

maybe rockstar ran out of motivation to implement it, maybe it will unlock at level 10 000 if they remove the level cap.....

People on here have said that those three places were supposed to be a cop, a ganster and something else but they got cut for whatever reason

A third character option might be cool, but to be honest if we get additional cities to explore I want to explore them as Coleco. Even my second character in LS is just there to double up on LSC car sales and Daily Objectives.

 

I want to go to Ludendorff in particular as my existing character. She's a midwestern gal, it'd be nice to have the option go home

It's a nice thought, but overall I'd only ever expect something like that for if Rockstar released a stand alone GTA Online World type deal. GTA Online already is separated on RockStar support's site, their games made, and more. I think it's a given at this point that it'll be expanded on. How and when are fun to speculate about though.

 

At this point PS3 and Xbox 360 are approaching 10 years old. Both are at this point at the end of their life cycles and both have essentially been dropped from Rockstar support.

 

Again, if Rockstar releases additional characters, in my opinion, it would only be if they expand GTA Online into it's own separate entity. It's own separate title.

Have you ever noticed when editing cars in ifruit the current characters are character 3 and 4. Not only that, on ps4/xone/pc you are still sent back to the character selection screen. If there were only ever going to be two characters that entire room wouldnt need to be visited and time wasted, it could just swap one to the other.

The amount of butthurt people will be if they have to start all over in a new city. Especially day one players and some money glitchers.

All anyone would have to do is buy a cash card and bam they have an advantage. Hopefully we would be able to transfer some money if there was to be a new city

Why not start over with cars, houses, guns etc but keep the same character and money.

I don't want to start over completely but make it like you've just moved there with nothing.
