I7 4790k (4 Processors at 4.5ghz) GTX980TI and 16gb or ram. Aviod high res shadows and set grass to normal and you maybe ok. I can search YouTube myself , not to talk about the reliability of the built in game benchmark. Plus the video is using unrealistic settings. No one needs 8x MSAA AND transparency 8x MSAA AND Advanced Settings ALL on max! AND Grass on ultra. These settings made the measurable difference between cards not that meaningful. 4x msaa, no trans. msaa and v high grass and no advanced settings all that the game needs (if not going 4k route, again here no need for msaa, grass or advanced settings).
