I think Liechtenstein getting a flag is a subtle nod to them being a notorious tax haven for criminals; and if Rockstar wanted to be politically correct they wouldn't have added Palestine. I do hope they add more flags (Starting with the Glorious Principality of Sealand, then India right after) though.

They replaced the Confederate flags with the Yankee ones in The Lost camp, so they're kinda PC in my book.

 

To be fair The Lost is from up North and the game is set in "California" so the Confederate flag wouldn't make sense. There are still some Confederate flags in the game anyway. But the fact that they did it during the controversy is kinda fishy.

They probably left India out as most people in India are too poor to afford a game system, no offense but in that country they are poor and R* probably had to cut some corners (meaning they couldn't add every single countries flag as there are nearly 200) I am sure R* didn't want 2 pages of flags for countries that couldn't even afford the game more or less they just focused on the main groups of people in the North America and Europe.

 

Not that India shouldn't get a flag its just that most people couldn't afford a game system anyway making adding a flag like that pointless in R* eyes.

There is no reason for Indian flag to be left out. There has to be millions of players, Indians ain't living in mudhuts nowadays. Yeah, there are poverty and slums, but where isn't. There is a huge and growing middle class, and enormous pool of rich, super rich and wealthier than that-people.... It is a nation with over a billion citizens, ffs. And it's not like there isn't a huge bunch of flags already.

North Korean flag would be cool. Epitome of evil, and you'd see instantly who knows at least a little bit of world around. Motörheads logo-flag, on black, would be sweet, too. Or a pirate flag.

The funny thing is...goddamn Rockstar has a studio in Bangalore, India and they yet dont include the Indian flag but they included flag of Nigeria ( i mean no offense against this country but society has taught me that all african nations *except for the once in north like egypt, algeria and morocco AND south africa* are in poverty and are starving ) do nigerians even play the game ?!! Indians do dude i was in india in 2013 and i bet indians would be among the top 10 most hyped nations for gta5 when it came out if a list like that even exists ! Cmon faken rockstar have some logic. I also see a lot of people suggesting to email rockstar about this wtf ? I mean do u think a company that doesnt even care about 97% of its player base begging them to reduce prices of in-game items to adress 10 people from this comment section and impliment "a flag" which doesnt represent a puny 0000000,1% part of the game into the game ? I wish we could have an option for indian flag for the yacht as it is completely pointless naming ur yacht somethin and then u cannot show the pride of ur country.There r many ppl from india who play gta online so it would be cool to have an indian flag waving in the air on the yacht.....and it wouldnt take much effort to add a flag inside the game
