Do you know if you can still find the BF Surfer with the Surfboard Online anymore ? I searched all the beaches including the one by the military base 4-5 times and no luck ?

if you are on next gen it should spawn in traffic around the supply street garage

Try the little beach area next to the mod shop that is near the airport. I recently got my surf board bf surfer there.

i always got mine on supply street. forgot all about the beach

I got one from the beach near the river you escape from in the final Pacific Heist (the one that you drive up with Arvi). There's a beach that usually has a beach party going on between 10:00 am and night. It's where the Karin Rebel (new) spawns.
