Heist Masks in Singleplayer?

I apologize if this question has already been asked, but I can not find an answer. I would like to know if you can access the GTA Online heist masks in singleplayer. I am aware that you can gain access to a few masks, but the only masks that interest me I can only find on the online mode, which I hate playing because I have to reinstall GTA V every time I want to play online. Can you really only access decent masks if you want to play a boring, non-moddable online mode rather than on the enjoyable, moddable singleplayer? Thank you in advance for answering.

Oh, and if there isn't any vanilla way to get the heist masks, is there a mod?

I don't know about mods but its not possible to use most of them in single player

No masks, sorry. Most of the Online masks are not avaiable for SP, and also the opposite
