Im not talking about the bad AI ( i know the technology wasn't that advanced back then) but seriously it is just funny how they act sometimes. For an example: I shoot around, a cop runs at me with a nightstick, i shoot at the cop and then he flips out and runs against a wall, until he gets tired THEN HE SCRATCHES HIS HEAD like : why can't i go further? And he keeps running against the wall, gets tired and repeats it. Whats with that head scratching animation? It's like R* tried to make fun of their own AI. BlackSnow176 Posted December 20, 2015 Share Posted December 20, 2015 (edited) Vice City definitely had the worst cops ever. In GTA III and San Andreas, they were somewhat challenging. If you pay close attention to Vice City cops, they can't even hit you when they shoot at you. Even when they do, it's minimal damage. You could literally play forever and not get killed. Also, instead of shooting at you like the cops from GTA III did, all Vice City cops do is run for cover behind lamp posts and such. And they couldn't drive for sh*t. You could easily lure them to crash their cars head first into a tree, wall or another car. And sometimes they would even lay the spikes in the opposite direction of you. And on top of all, they would forget your face after you put the exact same outfit that you wore when you massacred that poor old lady with a machete moments ago. Look how the Cops turned out in VC... -Terrible shooters -Lack of intelligents -If you look at their faces VC Cops may have the most ugliest face in the whole gta series. -Crashing cars most of time. -Running over NPC's and not giving any f*cks. (Actually all Gta Cops are this way) -They Claim they know "jujitsu" But yet they can't fight for sh*t if it wasn't for their fancy nightsticks. They would be hopeless agianst a hand-to-hand fight with a guy like Tommy. The Police Academy of VC really screwed up their officers.
