Gun standards

Listening to some of the B+M about OP weapons and what not, I am now curious as to the standards you would set for weapons in terms of power (effective range), accuracy, damage and reload.

 

Firstly what weapon (of all weapons) would you use as the average (stating it's perceived power, accuracy, damage and reload speed. If you aren't happy setting an average, you can choose a weapon as a max or minimum and work up or down in part two.

 

Secondly state what improvements you would consider to other weapons in each category in comparison to your chosen standard. Also consider improvements to players characters as well.

 

P.s Jets and other Pegasus weapons count in this discussion.

The Technical should have explosive rounds.

The bullpup should have incendiary ammo, and only for that weapons. It would make it special since its so underused.

Heavy Sniper should have a 10 round magazine.

It should have slug rounds, meaning that it can hit targets from far away.

I still can't stand the heavy sniper not being a 1 shot kill on some players and headshots with it not killing someone with a bulletproof helmet.

If i land a headshot on someone i think i deserve the kill, maybe i'm asking too much from Rockstar

I hit a CPU enemy on the mission "Teaser Trailer" 4 times in the chest, and that failed to kill him, seriously. None of them were glancing/grazing hits or from an insane distance or bad angle either. I was telling people about it for days afterward, literally.

I agree with that it should be a one shot for headshots but I think it should be 2 shots for every where else if the player has armour on.

Some days ago i shot a guy in the face and he didn't die. His face was the only part of his body poking out of a wall and i still managed to hit it.

He didn't even have the helmet on and still he survived with a sliver of ealth, then proceeded to kill me strafing .-.
