Resign vip broken

Last night with 1 hour left on my vip i resigned.

 

This morning when i started the game it resumed my vip with 1 hour remaining.

 

Resigned again (have to wait until 1am now)

 

Joined a new game at 3pm and it resumed my vip with 5 minutes left. Wtf

You can't resign, you have to retire.

Because i want to be vip for more than an hour (or however much time is left) the next day.

If you're offline for more than 12 hours they should reset the counter,but they don't. If you don't use the full vip session you get screwed the next day.

It's possible i didnt wait long enough for the game to save before i quit. How do you force it?

i retired as VIP and had to wait 12 hours to be vip again, dont get how you managed to be vip again, didnt you got the cooldown?

Yeah pretty sure same thing happened to me, retired so i'd have another 4 hours when I was next on, came on next day and only had what was left from the last session. I thought it was just me forgetting to retire but could've sworn I did, so guess there is a bug if it's not just me

I think after you retire you have to do something that triggers a profile save, like dying or something, before you quit the game.
