We need more control over the yacht

1) Disabling people in passive mode from getting onto our yachts.

 

2) Choosing which vehicles we want people to have access to and which one we don't.

 

3) Add torpedoes for people trying to board the boat by water.

The yacht has an anti air defense system. I think torpedoes are perfectly reasonable.

In my last session as I was trying to get offline some dude pulls up in his boat, climbs aboard, and immediately hops into my hot tub as I close the game.

 

I shouldn't have to deal with these people when I'm actually playing so I was lucky there but damn.

If he counts as a pleb, can our yachts like shoot his boat into oblivion before he gets there? Or you know, him if he swims? Or even better, underwater if he tries to dive?

Access to the yacht is from the stern ,so place stickys there if air defence doesn't get the boarders you can blow them up as they climb aboard, you might not be able to use your smaller craft though, that's the price to pay for splendid isolation .

the issue is ppl in passive on board i think, your stickies won't harm them only your small vessels. Don't have a yatch as i poor so not 100% tho.

Because people have spent 8 mil on a yacht just so they can't control who is on the yacht that they bought. People go passive then they swim to the boat just so they can turn off passive and kill the yacht owner

 

People should also be able to drive the yacht, although I didn't expect it because I know what Rockstar are like. I don't know why some of the yacht isn't accessible. People are pretty much only paying for the helicopters, boats and to walk around on the floors of a yacht

Like everyone tells me when I want to be left in peace just go to an invite only session. If you're actually annoyed by people on your yacht and not just bragging that you have a yacht than IO is no problem.

srsly man I just wanted a big boat to sail da fuq, I think we should have an option to kick people off our yacht similar to the option we have to kick people out of our cars/apartments. We should also have missions to learn to swim, I wanna some of these f*ckers flail about int he water.

So far (after about 8 hours gameplay) here's the changes I'd like

 

1. Be able to call Peggy and have choppers and Hyda delivered to helipad, boats and seaplane to the stern

2. Yacht settings should work like vehicle settings, if set to no-one then nobody should be able to board

3. When you pay the $25K to move port that should become the default spawn point regardless of where you spawn on the map

4. Option to turn all lights off at night

5. Defenses on, should not disable players weapons

I have no problem anyone boarding my yacht. I could do with the company. I'd like to be able to actually steer and be able to move the vessel anywhere I like.

Defense on should disable player weapons but should also create a passive esque bubble or they should make it so you can hire sharpshooters on the boat, they should really of made anti personal weapons and anti boat weapons too

I cannot for the life of me get the logic behind first of all having to pay a ridiculous amount of money just to move your own yacht, but for it to just move anyway when you change sessions (which happens a lot more than we have control over) is just plain stupid. So you pay $25K to move it, get kicked from the session (everyone "leaves") and then your yacht is somewhere else. Cool move.
