If there is one complaint I have, it's that Rockstar should've had this penthouse option on the other five high rises and not just 3 in the same building. Would've loved to have this at Del Pierro and Richard's Majestic.

Suite 3 has a view of the city. Suite 1 and 2 have the same view so if you want a view of the hills, get the cheaper one.
