Securoserv exclusive clothing?

So i registered as a VIP for Securoserv and i was looking through the clothing presets and i see that the Drug Baron and El Jefe clothing can't be found in stores, are they exclusive to Securoserv? or do you have to do something to unlock it.

Yes they are only available when you are a VIP. Same goes with the bodyguard outfits. You cant buy them anywhere

 

There was a glitch a couple of days ago that you could save them but they patched and blacklisted the outfits. We can save them still but they are gone within seconds of saving said outfits.

 

Sucks we cant buy them though.

Don't even have to save. They're gone within seconds from doing the glitch.

Is this why my female characters stockings themed outfit was removed from my saved outfits?
