I think it would be Franklin or somehow the story goes back and forth between LS and LC between all three characters.

 

Kinda like when they get split up between the country and city because of Madrazo in the SP story we have now.

I'm curious about the radio stations if this turns out to be true. Would they just reuse Los Santos's radio? Reuse GTA IV's (Do they still have the rights?), or get all new songs?

i would love it if rockstar reused the radio from GTA IV (with updated tracks of course) if it turns out to be true

They definitely would wouldn't reuse the current radio stations. Too many Los Santos references and a lot of the songs are about the west cost.

I still think this won't come, but if it's true, I'll like to see 3 new main characters. It'll be boring to use the same old and undeveloped guys.

To me, the first one will be Franklin because he's the only one not to die at the end of GTA V, the second will be Franklin's cousin, Tavell, it would be interesting considering the new things we will probably learn from this character, and the last will either be Lamar OR Little Jacob because in one of Tavell's Life Invader posts he mentions he shares a house with 2 Jamaicans in Schottler, which is most likely Real Badman and Little Jacob.
