Well seems more like you have shown your own "inteligence" with your arguments.

#1 - New HD cities like VC, SF and LV are more likely to be used for a new game since R* would get the most out of it that way.

#2 - LC is a already existing city that just needs to be upgraded and adjusted for GTAV/Online therefore easier for R* and would justify the DLC price.

#3 - Funmw2 is one the most trusted members on here.

1# Like i said, there's no way you would rather have an older ported city than a fresh new one. It's getting closer to a new game anyway. Might even see a trailer next year.

I'm sorry, but I just can't trust him anymore. Either way, whether we get LC or not, GTA online is dying and you know it. Bringing back the city won't change that.

they will most likey pay for a DLC for something old.

 

its why CoD like to "remaster" maps for future games. sales go up

 

or how GTAV keeps giving us old cars from GTAIV (at this point, i have all the old ones back that i want, except the Super GT)

R* was once that company who's always secretive about their projects that nobody knew when or what they were working on until they release it to the public, but suddenly in these last 2 years you got leaked DLCs and stuff flying outta nowhere.
