I think the hotel spawn is for those who don't have a safehouse in GTA:O. Correct me if I'm wrong, never played it after June 2015.

not fake as you can see it right now in the menu. I've downloaded gta 5 on dec. 23rd and the first day i went online i saw it and seeing it now. It just drops you in los santos.
