You guys really need to slow down on the pages? Honestly.

I'm still leaning towards Thursday, for this supposed DLC. However if an announcement doesn't come this week, it might come next week or early next year. but one thing is for sure a SP DLC is definitely coming to GTA V whether you like it or not. And for all the people that keep posting things like SP is never coming we all know you're going to buy it, and enjoy it, and then come on this forum and start picking out the negatives, so nothing will change there. But can you at least admit that you want this DLC, and stop trying to look "cool". Have some optimism at least. What benefit do you get out of this if this DLC does not happen?.

First off, I agree with Vinewood Villan, the story felt like a dumbed doen comedy meant to appeal edgy kids who play this game. If anything, this supposed story dlc could fix the story, and add proper development, assuming they got rid of their script writers. If LC were to come, I'd hope for a significantly darker story, much like gta 4. Also better ped lines.

For all we know, NGClan, Rockstar could've started work on this in 2013. It's not that hard to port a city, and I'm sure you know this sh*t, seeing as you're a modder. Even if it wasn't the easiest, they've had two years to get their sh*t together.

From what I've heard SP DLC is planned from 2012.

LC is part of SP DLC.

According to my source, SP DLC can be classified as a new game.

Even coding from 1.13/1.14 updates prove that it will be massive.

I've been told that it's "massive" and I don't know how "massive".

From the coding, they're working on two DLCs.

One DLC will feature 23 new SP missions and 12 new assassinations missions.

However the coding is from 1.13 update (May 2014), I assume alot of things has been changed.

Fun has a rep in the GTA community for vein legit.

 

I hear that a lot about the guy but I'm also part of the GTA community, I joined the forum this year but I've been lurking for ages, and he's like the weather man of "leaked gta info" to me, sometimes he's right, sometimes he isn't and if he's making a claim that's too good to be true, I gonna be skeptical as hell - and I know I'm not the only one who feels that way about him.

 

Let me put it this way; If I'm wrong and everything he said is true, I'll fell a little embarrassed for a bit... but then I'll get to play an awesome DLC/standalone or whatever - if I'm right and it's a big joke then no harm done, life goes on business as usual, etc. I suspected it anyway.

If you're right.. then you'll get to play an awesome DLC/standalone or whatever - if you're wrong then you've posted for pages and pages defending and promoting someone who deliberately made a fool of you just for his amusement, someone who got in your head and emotionally manipulated you for "the lulz". You asked before why someone would do that? That's why - putting a lie out there and having people not only believe it, but have them promote the lie and expand upon it, while championing and defending the liar is a very good reason for some people to do something like that, they're exerting a form of power over you.

 

That's why you have to be very guarded when it comes to things that come from the internet.

Actually, Fun's been leaking since V came out. He's been right about the majority of his leaks. Most of what didn't come true state by him was more than likely brushed off.

If they are working on it since 2012 as fun says, well they can manage to do lots of things. Let's just think about it.. The base map is already done, so they saved many months of work. All they have to do is to tweak it and modify it a bit to make it look like V and it is pretty much done. They can use the rest of the time for missions, adding new areas, interiors, radios, vehicles, etc.. Hell, in 4 years of development they could even add Yankton ( only my thoughts)

I'd hope for that, but I don't know how likely it would be. It would be great, because LC is pretty bleak

 

What cars will be there though? We have a lot of GTA IV cars now from updates, but not all. Could we expect some huge amount of IV cars, or would we see mostly V cars? I'd expect a mix of both, and a lot of Pantos for some reason xD
