combustion Posted December 20, 2015 Share Posted December 20, 2015 I've had trouble finding this car too, one day lots of them were spawning around Rockford Hills and Strawberry, and the next day, none of them were spawning. Looks like you have to keep driving around till you spot one. GTA Wikia states that you need to complete the 'Duel' random event to find the non-armoured Dukes in the website, but I don't trust this as the event isn't available for those who haven't played the game in last gen consoles, and that random event is mainly for the armored version.
