Nawfel
Hello all... i have just upgrade my windows xp to windows 10... but from now my game running slow help me please
lil weasel
I would imagine that since the system was optimized for XP it does not have the guts to run a massive OS like Windows 10. Windows10 might be using the few resources that the game needs to play. I am also surprised that you have not had Driver failures for other hard ware items When you upgraded I hope it was for reasons of need rather than to just get a Free OS. Consider a Roll-Back to the XP which worked. OR Delete the gta_sa.set file first, then if you still need help Try running the game in *compatibility mode* XP For reference: Recommended System Requirements for GTA: San Andreas: Intel Pentium 4 or AMD Athlon XP processor (or better) XP, Vista, Windows 7. 384(+) MB of RAM 16x DVD-ROM drive (or download [which I do not recommend] 4.7 GB of free Hard Disk space for a full install ★128(+) MB Video Card with DirectX 9 compatible drivers ("GeForce4" or better) DirectX 9 compatible Surround Sound Card Keyboard & Mouse <Optional> GamePad with twin axis analog controls (USB or Joystick Port) (Not a console controller) . radioman
First, IS this a legit (legal) game copy? Ie. is this the Original (DVD) copy OR a Download copy? If Downloaded, from where? Is DVD, where purchased? As you mention MP, which is NOT available on copies sold legally from June 2005 to the Present (V2-DVD)/( V3-Steam/legal downloads). That's a red flag to clear up, as it is against forum rules to discuss Warez copies of the game. Next, this could be the fact that you have only 1GB Ram, and a low-end video card. Windows 10 uses A LOT more RAM than XP. Long story short, there is very little available for apps/games. Also, your Video card has Shared VRAM (Shared with the OS) so there is more than likely not much available for games to use there either? You should really upgrade your RAM (which is dirt cheap now a days-less than $20 for a 2GB stick to give you 3GB total) and your Video card to one that has dedicated vram. OR if that is not an option for whatever reason (like being on a laptop which is not upgrade able?) than your best bet for gaming is to do as lil weasal said and downgrade to XP for gaming. lil weasel
If the game ran well with the original Operating System "XP". And it stopped with the Windows 10. I should think that would be the Clue to the problem. Get Rid of the Windows 10. Roll Back to the XP.
Nawfel
Well the game runs fast now.... cz i have updated my graphics card.... but why i cant play multiplayer?
gajrajgchouhan
What multiplayer do you have ? SA-MP or MTA ? What error does it have ? Check your internet connection.
lil weasel
Well the game runs fast now.... cz i have updated my graphics card.... but why i cant play multiplayer? Could it be that Windows 10 is using more resources, and that does not allow for enough left over for the MP games.
