The Schafter V12 is WAY faster, but the LWB...?

Just bought and fully modded the Schafter LWB.

I already had the original Schafter, fully modded.

I drove both for a while.

I can't tell the difference between the two.

Extended wheel base on the LWB? It looks the same as the original Schafter.

I don't understand what I did. Did I just waste my money on a scam car?

The LWB has extra weight because of it's size. There's a difference between the standard shafter and the V12 SWB in terms of power.

So now I have to buy the V12 version and own all three so I can find out that they're all the same.

If you can't outrun a T20 in your LWB, then no, no they are not the same.

How about these reasons;

 

- It's currently the fourth fastest car in the game in terms of absolute top speed

- In Broughy's testing it posted a quicker lap time than an Adder.

They are very fast.

 

I was cruising along in my fully modded Mamba and one went pinging past no problem whatsoever..

Driving to and from the mod shop in all three cars once fully modded revealed no discernible difference in handling, top speed, or acceleration.

I noticed you could change the trim color on the V12.

I feel like I just got trolled by Rockstar and the forum blowing up the status of the new Schafters.

I got Schafted.

You should consider getting glasses if you can't see the difference between the two. The original Schafter isn't even comparable to the new V12 performance-wise either, it can literally beat supers on a straight-line, it's seriously fast as hell. I don't own the LWB but I've read it has almost identical performance to the V12 - it has a bit slower acceleration and worse turning because of it's added weight and lenght, but nothing major. But if you can't tell the visual and performance difference between the old Schafter and the new V12 SWB, I don't even. Edited by Jusa93

I noticed the acceleration bar is higher on the V12. But the 0-60 time was listed the same on the web site, and that was one stat that usually wasn't bogus from that site.

 

But when driving it compared to the others I couldn't feel a difference.

I have all three in my garage sitting next to each other. I've been walking around staring at them, and I can't tell if I'm not looking for the right things, or if they're just all the same.

 

It looks like the V12 may not be as wide as the original and the LWB.

i was stunned at the speed when i first got it and still am. maybe try a bit more of run than to the shops and back?

 

*i also kept my standard schafter (been with me 2 years), sentimental aren't i.

If they're all in the same class, I'll do the same race a few times with each one and report back... sometime in the next year or so, once I've found enough time to give a sh*t and not feel like I haven't wasted almost a million dollars when I could have just kept the original.

Are either of them even the fastest four door? Is the Exemplar still the fastest 4-door then?

 

 

To the people talking about outrunning T20s....... you're just getting chase by terrible drivers.

If you can't tell the differences in visuals, you're pretty blind. If you can't tell the performance and handling differences, you haven't driven the cars enough. Either way, you haven't done enough research and testing to prove anything.

 

It's got the body parts and customization options of a Schwartzer and even the handling's more Schwartzer than Schafter. It slides a bit more than the Schafter, which is more planted and turns a lot better.

 

This is mostly for the V12.

Ever driven the lurcher and the standard buccaneer ?. LWB makes the car handle very different, same on a lesser extent for the V12's


Also, T20 even started at the front and still got overtaken.

 

 

 

The T20 has a fairly poor top speed though, even a Zentorno rips it apart on open tracks.
