Anyone else experiencing this problem?

I was really excited for this day - got paid today which meant I was able to purchase the megalodon shark card (£64.99) and enjoy the new DLC features. However.... after purchasing the shark card I did not get my money, I tried restarting my PS4 and the game and no changes. I have submitted a ticket to Rockstar and waiting for their response. I'm just curious if anyone has experienced a similar problem recently.

After posting this issue on their community page as a question I got told I have to fill in a ticket. It properly ruined my day!

Yea that's the only way. They look in your account to see if u actually bought it and then they give u the money.

There is a short delay for the transaction sometimes (up to about 2-3 minutes) from the store screen back to the game but if it's not

come through then you need to fill out a ticket so it can be checked, also send them your email receipt from Sony to show you bought

the card.

 

I need to do similar as I bought a 3.5 million card during the recent offer to give 35% more cash and never seemed to get the reward

for purchasing a real shark card as promised.
