Character transfer problems - need help

So I have a main gamrtag on the Xbox one. I transferred my Xbox 360 account to that one months ago. So I recently made a new gamer tag to transfer my PS3 profile too .. ( using 2 rockstar social accounts now) it says like " previous grand theft auto online characters and progression data associated with the social club account has already been successfully transferred to this Xbox one. Only one set of data can be transferred, you cannot transfer any additional data to this account if you have not already transferred your previous GTA online characters and precision data and believe this is an error plus visit the rockstar games support" ---- so I'm curious as to if I cannot have multiple gamer tags all with their own transfers , or if there is just possibly an error because I've never tried to transfer the PS3 account until now.

If the PS3 account and new gamertag are on a social club account not used for a transfer I'm pretty sure that's an error, however if either the ps3 or xbox one are linked to the initial social club account then it won't work.
