So i wanna ask that how can i lock my yacht, so only those can come onto it who i let.

Or how can i kick someone from it?

For kicking people off your yacht, that's not possible.

 

The Yacht does have options for access that you can set where friends and etc could board it, but the options don't seem to work and are broken currently, from what I've seen from others write on here.

Nvm. I should have known Rockstar would short change us. You can only stock up on Homing Rockets/Stickies etc if you have none left, then the pickup gives you a couple...

What'd you expect mate? If you have had GTA:V for a long time you know to not expect anything from them.
