Being paid by SecuroServ every 30 seconds

At first i was being paid 5k every 5 minutes then every minute and then every 30 seconds then 10 seconds. At first I thought it was because I had 4 stars as killing the cops but when it became every 30 seconds I knew something was very odd my first guess was a bug, and I thought that maybe it was a new form of spawning in money.

 

as you can see below my payments were very frequent and about 10 seconds apart.
