Infinite Loading after starting online job?!

Sometimes after the host starts the job my game freezes on the loading screen before the menu where you place bets and see your teammates characters.The world goes in "far" LOD mode and stays like that until my game crashes after 3-5 minutes. Any help? Have any of you experienced this before?
