I see them around SE Los Santos, in the area around the S. Shambles St. garage property

It might help to do the Trash Talk mission right before that to put that vehicle in the game's memory

They seem to spawn more often in the south-west industrial areas. You might have better luck in Director Mode.

Thanks guys. Found one in director mode then realised you cant smoke in director mode and its crucial to my scene to have both. Back to searching online i guess....

The Heist one (with the pushbar) is much tougher. It's body "armored" but the glass isn't

It's a bit quicker too, pretty sure about that.
