New Version of Spawn Points

We have garages, apartments, houses, yachts...

Now for the final step: manually placed spawn points.

Go to your map, place a GPS marker, and that is where you spawn when entering new free roam lobbies.

"But we already have Last Location..."

Yes, we do. But a key element of that feature is that you must travel to the desired location before leaving free roam.

The whole point of a manually placed spawn point is to not have to actually travel there.

"People will just spawn in Fort Zancudo and get Lazers."

R* can simply create restricted zones around certain areas, including Fort Zancudo.

Nah nah nah Gta 6

people will set spawn points on rooftops or undermap for sure, good idea but needs a better devs than rockstar*

You can't really spawn waypoints underneath the map :/

It seems like a hit or miss imo, sure, it sounds good on paper.

But knowing R*, it'll cost $5k a piece to pop a new spawn point down.

Or maybe not.

Either way, i'll stick to my apartment.

The way they could solve the spawning under the map glitch is to have the actual spawning random like the Last location feature, when you jump into a new session you're not in the exact same spot, you're just in the same area, this could also be done with a concept like this.

bad idea....i see way to many exploits that are posible like that

To be honest, if this were ever to be implemented, there will always be that one twat who will try anything to get under the map/wallbreach. I vote no the idea, sorry.

Good concept, but people would abuse it. For example, pretend I'm in a session with my friends and they're on the other side of the map (let's say I'm in Paleto Bay and they're at the airport) - all I would have to do is set where my friends are at as a spawnpoint, leave the session and come back, and I could be with my friends a lot quicker than the time it would take me to drive and fly there (even though GTA V's loading times are horrible).

For Rockstar, nothing is "simple." This logic is way, way, too complicated for Rockstar to develop.

So where is the fun? The route is the goal!

B-but...this way...I wouldn't hear people complaining about their accidents on the road

No disrespect to OP, but I can't see why this would be useful.

I vote: No to this idea, sorry.

Top of Mt. Chiliad, on an island, on a particular building, at a particular mansion or house, at the dirt track, in a tunnel, basically anywhere you would want to spawn using Last Location, but without having to return there before logging off.

Starting there...
