3655 Wild Oats Drive vs 2044 North Conker Avenue

Have anyone noticed that Hillcrest Avenue 2862 looks exactly like North Conker but without the fancy deck and with a smaller driveway?

I noticed that a while ago before we even got these houses. There are a lot of copy-and-paste jobs throughout Los Santos.

I didn't found any other house like those, it seems to be only 2 ones using that model. The question is: which one is the original? Maybe who built North Conker 2044 saw the one at Hillcrest Avenue and tough: "I liked this house, but i'll make mine's better". Or who built Hillcrest Avenue 2862 saw that one in North conker but didn't had enough money for the deck. Well its still a mystery about which one is original but I think that it's the north conker one

While I own the Wild Oats one, the North Conker is better. Both have same interiors, but view is better from Conker and I like the decking on 2 levels. You don't have to chamber over walls to get there either.

 

Also may be a bit if a second war zone at wild oats. I spawned in there in a public, thinking that may be quiet. Nope. A burned out car on the tiny driveway and sirens everywhere. May just have been luck of the draw but still.

 

But ill keep it, I play mostly invite only anyway. But am buying 2045 North Conker on second character. It has the other interior plus I like the little seating area it has.
