3655 Wild Oats Drive vs 2044 North Conker Avenue

[Amnesia.]

I really can't decide which one to buy, and I can only afford one of them at the moment.

 

There is of course no difference in the interior design of the houses, so it's based on exterior view.

 

Wild Oats

 

 

Back pool area of Wild Oats.(Access by walking across the plant area that's next to the garage then jumping over a small gate

 

North Conker

 

Couldn't find photos of its double-deck. Can access by walking through the open gate. No jumping needed.

Oh Im sorry. They are the two most expensive ones. Wild Oats has the pool/deck that you can get to by jumping a small wall. North Conker has a double-deck that you can get through to its open gate.

Wild oats, the 800k one, has a pool.
Plus, it's really...."woodsy" for the views. I like it.

IMO, 2044 North Conker is more aesthetically pleasing and has a better view.

It was a tough choice but I went with North Conker. The pool at Wild Oats isn't that deep anyways

Out of the two I personally prefer North Conker based on the way it looks.

 

I haven't bought either though - not keen on the locations or interiors not matching up to the shape/style of the exterior. They're just more expensive houses that serve very little purpose.

I bought 2044 and i am very pleased with the view inside the house and the house itself.

North Conker has a better view and location IMO.

 

And I like that the driveway is kind of long so I can park there if I have a car from another garage.

There's not a lot in it obviously but I chose Conker. It came down to decent sized driveway vs pool and the pool at Wild Oats is so feeble that driveway won easily, added to which I prefer the multi level decking at Conker anyway, it feels more Hol...Vinewood.

 

Even if the pool was Olympic sized I'd still prefer Conker, there's so little space out the front of Wild Oats.

I bought the Conker location. I liked the view, long driveway and proximity to pacific standard heist. I found the wild oats location to be too popular for griefers.

Wild Oats interior does not match the exterior of the building.

 

That interior really comes from North Conker Avenue.

I like the exterior of 2045 better than 2044 tbh
