yep z-type was the car used by the Zaibatsu in gta 2 and also the Stretch limo was there.

Bringing back some nice memories, the only one I knew for sure I remembered from the original was the Stinger but those three you mention ring a bell loud and clear. I think I particularly liked the Bulldog, I'm picturing a sports car with a wide hood in a kind of pale blue, if that's correct.

 

Thinking of GTA1 reminds me that I had hoped that in GTA6 we'd be able to make a living as car thieves in free roam, with pay comparable (a bit less would be reasonable) to grinding missions. It'd be easily possible with a couple of restrictions, for example a couple of minutes cool down on sales and a specific car in a specific colour is required, but out of the cars the game knows are already spawned so it's not too time consuming.

I'm with you on the 'car thief' idea too. To be honest I spend a lot of my time in Freeroam doing just that - stealing Vagos Peyotes, Custom Sentinel XSs and the Sandking XLs in Sandy Shores when I can. I have 10 car garages that I use to store cars I sell regularly to LSC, and it's not a bad little earner alongside dailies, store hold-ups and now the new VIP work/challenges.

Dear god... Miata? It's an almost exact replica of a Viper from the top down. And the Beast GTS was a Viper GTS.

 

They renamed the design to Banshee for GTA III for some reason.

 

Mamba, like Viper and Cobra, is the name of a snake.
