Has aiming and bullet damage been nerfed!?

Since this new yacht update the aiming and damage, that the guns inflict, has changed! for the worst!

 

The aiming feels clunky now. Which it didn't before this update. Also the accuracy, target acquiring, and bullet damage seems to have been nerfed. I've played this game since lauch 2013. Been through the heavy sniper rifle nerf, AP nerf. Which is nerfed more on Xbox one than 360.

 

But this, this is horrendous. I'm still killing people but it's taking a lot longer than usual. And something is definitely different.

 

I'm aiming at heads, and shots that I know should hit are not hitting! I've even recorded it. It's definitely changed. Why the f*ck do rockstar keep changing the combat mechanics of the game!? It's ridiculous. It needs to be reverted to the way it was prior to this most recent update.

 

Before people say it's lag, which sometimes it feels like it is, it's happening all the time, even in private lobbies with just 2 people. So Unless this update has destabilised the whole game then I don't know how it can be lag. Plus I know the difference too, between lag and a change of mechanics, bear in mind I have over 40,000 player kills.

 

 

Curious to know if anyone else experiencing this?
