Rhinobob patched?

So me and 3 other friends were playing in a public session while we were thinking of fun sh*t to do with the new yacht. So I have the great idea of grabbing a rhino and placing in on the yacht with a cargobob as a manually controlled defense system. But when we approached the tank with a cargobob full of hope, it turns out you can't lift it anymore. You can probably for 10 seconds before it falls. I've also noticed that if you lift the tank above a special height it will drop. So can anyone give me a reasonable explanation of why the f*ck they nerfed a perfectly fine function in the game without notice in the patch notes? Test for yourself, I garantee you, the rhino can't be placed on a yacht nor can it be lifted above 20 ft anymore.

 

Edit: It has come to my attention that the event I described was fixed this afternoon. Last time I checked was this morning.
