Lol, making a lot of progress...Should be close to 30% Completion after today and ready for the EC Nebulas from Just Business.

Today, I still have 8 Story Missions, date Denise once, and get a Minigun with 400 rounds to do yet. Btw, I only saved the game once so far in all this time, lol...41 Safehouse Visits now, but started with 40 from the 13.90% Starter Save lol

Wow, everyone's making a Mutant Save File, huh? Might as well join in the action! (well, I already did a couple of hours ago.)

I'm at HSLR, got all NE Bikes + Euros + Hotknife + EC/EC2 Mesa.

I plan on doing two Save Files: a legit one and a "duping" one with UT Rhino, UT SWAT and others. (Fooking Rekt convinced me to do the latter, lol)

Late Game Vehicles

Swat Van - End of the Line

Hunter - Street Races (Verdant Meadows available and Driving School Bronze)

Kart - Street Races and Cut-Throat Business

Rhino - Verdant Meadows

Sparrow - Pilot's License in Flight School and A Home In The Hills

Andromada - Stowaway

Dumper - Quarry

Stunt - Air Races and Learning to Fly

Nevada - Locked at SF airport until licensed by flight school

Beagle - Unlocked and flyable (as reported by GTA Phreak) but retrievable storage requires jetpack cheat during intro cut-scene to unlock the hangar early

Cargobob(?) - Unlocked and flyable at LV military base, but storage issues are likely

AT-400 - Unlocked and flyable at LV airport, storage issues

Vortex is unlocked by Cut-Throat Business but I'm working on the reference of snagging one from boat school. And Hydras won't spawn until Vertical Bird but I suppose the barriers are still up for CMB.

So, this is from memory, I'll take a look at the vehicle lists and see if anything else comes to mind.

FYI - Cars Drive On Water cheat (PCv1 memory tweak) doesn't work on any of the monster trucks. Too bad. I figured it'd be a nice vehicle for Santa Maria.

All of these listed are eigher not paintable at all (Hotdog) or their Secoundary can't be custom painted (Rest)

Look on colors what they spawn with on bottom right. (Top is Primary, Bottom is Secoundary)

These are worth of painting their Secoundary at my opinion since they are unique.

Mafia calls after Are You Going won't cause flow control glitches so an FI/UC/UT Mutant Vincent might be a viable option.

Oh, and while I'm thinking of Mafia calls again... Does anyone have a detail understanding of how max money works in San Andreas? Can player money exceed the money on screen limit of $999,999,999? The practical limit of the variables is $2,147,483,647 before it rolls over into negative values - which would enable debt calls and goon squads from the mafia. However, if player money is less than the maximum amount that can be borrowed from the casinos it's possible to glitch back the money into positive values using a Wheel O' Fortune exploit.

I forget the details on the Wheel O' Fortune exploit but iirc, for normal debts in the 5 million range the player money would either max out or drop to insanely low levels depending on whether the player placed a bet or not. This was something that came up in the custom Chain Game saves when we added a -$5,000,000 UFO Curse (negative money pickup with a UFO model ID). Once the source of the glitch was identified it was carefully avoided so no new observations have been made.

And speaking of the Chain Game saves; there are a lot of CG features that might enhance the fun and testing factor of these new exploits. There are fewer unavailable vehicles, unused vehicles like FBI Truck and RC Cam have been added, the hangar and mod shops are unlocked early, there's a dock garage at Toreno's Ranch, and we have raised the roof on many of the save garages to allow for helicopter and sometimes small planes to be parked on rooftops. Info Icons have been removed, but it looks like that's not really an issue anymore. A few of the phone calls have been disabled though to prevent duplication of threads like racing and schools that were unlocked at the start of the game.

Lol, thanks, it worked toomuchinvigilation, I will post a video on UT S.W.A.T. and UT Andromada.

Thanks, it is easy with satchels. I did a UT S.W.A.T. , the hydraulics seem to have no effect, color does not show (unlike other law enforcement vehicles), the wheels were accepted, nitro was accepted as well and I did not risk front/rear bumpers. Also, I forgot to put bass boost.

EC/EC2 vehicles after 100%? f*ck yeah. Awesome discovery, saves me from duping Toreno's Last Flight. I'll still split it up into 2 saves though.

No hydraulics might be caused by the water turret. The normal firetruck can't use hydraulics too, it just...doesn't exist. It does work on the Ladder Firetruck though. (EC2 are invisible on both Firetrucks btw)

Thanks, but it has a downside to it, the first is that you need to get wasted (bad for stats) and the second is that you have to hold calls, so this is a method that should work only for PC and PS2.

Lethal Vaccine

@rhans, is it 100% certain that one of those Nebulas will blow up like in your Video when you get all 3 at the same time? Is it possible to catch all 3 of them and triple drive back to a Garage or does 1 of them drive away before you can catch it? I need to know this stuff as I will be obtaining them tomorrow finally...

I am currently 26.74% Completion, 0 Deaths/Busted/Cheats/Missions Failed, and 8 Rare Vehicles (Got rid of the EC2 Black Perennial and Seasparrow since I already have these in my Starter Save as well as my 1st Save File with 61 Special Vehicles). Backed it up on my USB Drive. I did 23 Story Missions today, learned the LS Gym Moves, successfully dated Denise once, and got 2 Minigun Pickups at the same time during Los Sepulcros while passing the Mission since I need a Minigun tomorrow to obtain the 3 EC Nebulas. I did all this with only saving the game 3 times, lol...

Literally, without Special Vehicles, ALL GTA's are hands down way too easy for me. I don't even need to save much since I KNOW I will pass everything first try and run through it like nothing...

What's OM0?

On Mission = 0

I think...I heard it as OMF0 and OM0. I even heard OM = 1...I don't understand the terminology, but it allows you to "trick" the game into thinking you're on a Mission while being able to have access to another Mission at the same time and sort of duplicating it or something...

It is kind of complicated until you understand it. It's been around for the past 3-4 months but only NOW am I slowly understanding it. If you want to see it being done, check out the latest AP Vehicles Conversion in the Guide. There is several Videos showing how to convert nearly ANY Vehicle into AP. You start a Quarry Mission while a Phone Call is ringing. The Quarry Mission will start like normal upon entering the red marker, only all the Icons on the Map will come back as well as the red marker for the same Quarry Mission you are "supposed to be on." While you are "on the Mission," you can go and date a Girlfriend and convert almost any Vehicle to AP. I recommend checking this out since it's simple compared to the other type of OMF0 Special Vehicles. If you want to see them being obtained, check the "Other Section" of the Guide. It's completely filled with Special Vehicles in which use these Methods and it also showcases some of the more difficult Special Vehicles to obtain with these Methods. The "Other Section" is underneath the MAIN Guide on Page 1 of this Topic if you want to check it out...

OM1 means " On mission 1 " - normal status without glithing.

OM0 means " On mission 0 " - glitched status where you can do everything that you can when missions arent started, for example saving, working out etc. - Most of these crash game. I do not recommend saving game on OM0.

If you are lucky none will blow up, is very random, even if you are faster/slower, they might blow up or not, is a bit random. Also, they may get scared of the bike explosion and ran away too fast for CJ to be able to catch up.

About using Beefy Baron, it has a third downside I forgot, you can only use Wheel Arch Angels and Transfender. While Loco Low Co. is way too far to be able to reach in only 3 minutes (the time it takes for the mission to end).

Interesting trick, but sounds ehrrr, a little bit glitched. I mean, maybe will break the save game somewhere, like a permanent blip or another thing.

If you use it as we show it, you dont need to worry, if you "play with it" - you end up breaking your save.

We tested alot of things and get to final results where game wont crash at all and nothing will be damaged, no mission glitches no duping nothing.

I've been doing it for months, and nothing wrong happened, crashing the game was the worst thing and it only happened as a result of starting some sets of two missions at the same time. Om0 seems to be very safe, while I'd recommend to be careful with starting two different missions at the same time.

To learn more about Om0, duping and phonecalls, I recommend reading this:

Also on PS2, it's probably way harder to kill Smoke on the BF-400...Aiming the Minigun in time and failing the Mission and then catching up with the Nebulas might be quite the challenge on PS2. I will try and get all 3, but if all else fails, I will obtain 2 at the same time and then the 3rd with another Mission Failure. I'll be obtaining some EC2's with a Failure, anyways, like the EC2 Washington from Outrider so it's the same EC2 as the AP/EC2 Washington from Photo Opportunity. I am not extremely worried about Mission Failures for this Save like my 1st Save File, but since that one is done with, this one is just for fun while I gather up things I missed previously, like these Nebulas and the Andromada, but also the EC and Mutant Vehicles and AP Vehicles with the Conversions.

Interesting trick, but sounds ehrrr, a little bit glitched. I mean, maybe will break the save game somewhere, like a permanent blip or another thing.

I'm not a big fan of these Methods to obtain any Special Vehicles, either. Personally, if you go about trying things like this, I suggest it being in a whole different Save File like I am working on now. My Main 1st Save File is finished up with 61 Special Vehicles and all legit with none of these Methods. Now I am doing a secondary Save File where I obtain Vehicles like these...

Yeah, on PS2 is harder, I only got 2 at a time, not all 3 at once, although when I did it I didn`t know the Red Nebula was UC too.

I tested making the Andromada UT and UC, the color works and it seems the main body is the color 1 and the wings are color 2. It accepts wheels, hydraulics and bass boost as well. I recorded but it will take some time to upload, but here is a photo of how it looked after I modded the Andromada (UC1=yellow, UC2=green and wheels=twist, or wires, don`t remember):

Well yeah, kinda sucks that you have to die for it... but personally I think Special Vehicles are more important than stats, so if it's the only way so be it.

I'm doing the save on PC so holding calls is fine for me :p

So look at this, is pretty simple actually, but once you mod your chosen vehicle (S.W.A.T. in this case) the screen will turn black, so you will have to be able to reach the Turner vehicle without being able to see like I did (I could have used replay feature, but I didn`t to show it is possible even if you are on PS2), then exit the mod garage while driving it.

Here I modded a second Andromada, I think it lookis nicer than the first. I used a car at transfender that allowed modding color 1 and color 2, so I was limited to using only Transfender wheels. I could do the whole process again to put a Wheels from Arch Angels on it, but it would need another death:

As is shown in your video, it looks like that it may be impossible to make UT/UC by Loco Low Co. due to lack of time.

Did you set your SPACE to run and LSHIFT to jump?

By the way, how do you get the S.W.A.T ?

From "End Of The Line", I assume.

Nitro on S.W.A.T. Tank FTW. I just have to test this myself.

Andromada photos link doesn't work for me.

Spawned it? The only time you can get it is during End of the Line without cheats or something...Also, he said that Loco Low Co. can't be used since 3 minutes to get there is impossible...

But yeah, with CV and W on his Minimap, you can tell it's not a Save where End of the Line is active and it's much earlier than it can be obtained...

Anyways, I may obtain the Unique/BP/FP S.W.A.T. in this Save and make it Unique/AP. I am pretty sure the S.W.A.T. can smash Vehicles around like nothing and having it completely AP will be nice...

I got from End of the Line, the CV is the garage thread (not storyline) is optional, and the W thread is there because I duped Toreno`s last flight and skipped Woozie`s missions. I didn`t get 4 stars in Las Venturas because I used that trick Patrick teached to get rid of it, I though I would need to do that to mod those vehicles, getting them from MCB, fortunately none of that will be needed, just a death instead by getting them from Beefy Baron . Also, the is a green man on the map because I duped Beat Down on B-Dup. This is not a main save, is a save created jfor the sole purpose of modding those vehicles, now that I know I can do that on Beefy Baron, I will do all the missions properly and not duped any of Toreno`s Last Flight or anything else, as I don`t need MCB, so no reason to preserve the W thread anymore.

Also, the call I used was Catalina`s prank call after the End of the Line.

Today I will get the 3 EC Nebulas, finish the LS Story Missions, finish the Country Story Missions and get the EC2 Black ZR-350, buy all Country Safehouses, and buy all SF Safehouses. Will be in San Fierro by the end of today and soon up to MCB to make EC and Mutant Vehicles. Probably after today, I will need to use Vigilante again to find the NE FCR-900 and NE BF-400 as well. Like I previously said, I will have AP/EC Black Mutant NE NRG-500, AP/EC Pink Mutant NE BF-400, and AP/EC Black Mutant NE FCR-900. Not to mention, every other Motorcycle that exists in SA, even a PCJ-600, Sanchez, Freeway, Wayfarer, etc, etc, will be EC Black or EC Pink as well as Mutant and converted to AP, too. They just won't be NE. There is only 3 NE Bikes in SA...

Also, the call I used was Catalina`s prank call after the End of the Line.

Actually, that is a very good idea and call to use for after 100%. If everyone could remember about this call, then THIS could be the call to use after 100% to make AP Vehicles! You could just blow through the game to 100%, remembering to leave this Phone Call active and save the game. Then reload and go to Quarry and continuously make AP Vehicles until you're satisfied...
