Vortex should work upside down, or that was boat i remember when i tipped something upside down from bump and it sinked i think, it might be in other gta i dont remember correctly.

@Militia you should add my video showing the Mutant/UC/UC2 vehicles in Loco Low Co. It's a different method.

 

EDIT: You could also include some videos like getting the UC2 Washington & DP/FP Rumpo in Outrider at the same time.

I added in the Loco Low Co. Method as well as toomuchinvigilation's Videos for the AP Conversion and showing many different Vehicles being converted.

 

EDIT: Added in the DP/FP Rumpo + EC2 Washington Video into the DP/FP Rumpo Post, as well.

I think I will start SA Save File 2 next in Slot 3 and do 23 Story Missions, date Denise once (have to disable two time dates on PS2 for the AP Conversion to work), and get a Minigun with 400 rounds (2 Pickups in Las Venturas) during Los Sepulcros while passing the Mission. After that, I am ready for Just Business and to obtain the 3 EC Nebulas finally! :D:p I will start all this tomorrow...

 

"Ah sh*t, here we go again!" I just love SA! It'll also be interesting starting from my 13.90% Starter Save. The only Special Vehicles I am obtaining in my Playthrough from Los Santos are those 3 EC Nebulas. I would have included the DP/EP/FP/MP Police, too, but I don't need to get it now and rather an AP Police! Plus, I already got it legit using the Pause/Unpause Method on Mobile and that's enough madness for me with that Vehicle :D:p I also won't be converting any of my "Rare" Vehicles to EP/FP and later will just convert them to AP. Before the AP Conversion discovery, I would of been converting about 7 of them to EP/FP, but this time I won't be converting any. Regardless, EP/FP Rare Vehicle or AP Rare Vehicle, whatever...The REAL CHALLENGE of these Vehicles is obtaining them from locked territory with a 4 star wanted level and bringing them back to Los Santos or finding them in Vigilante all of which I did. So having them in AP form is just icing on the cake after I obtained them legit the hard way...

 

I may have to obtain some of the OMF0 Vehicles, too, like the AP Leviathan (maybe) and definitely the Unique/EP RC Baron. Who knows if I can even do it, though lol...

RC Baron i would rate 6 stars on PS2, where all vehicles i think are less than 3stars for me, as i obtained them without struggle

I didnt used the method with entering/exiting vehicles and probably used car that has forced one color as main car.

My strategy is to flip the Vortex by grinding off the edge off the docks sideways, and recovering the flipped vehicle using the import/export crane at the dry docks.

The Vortex below is also sunk, but upright because I limited the slack in the crane so CJ could stand on the Vortex and leap to the wall instead of swimming around to the wooden dock on the other side of the dry dock.

In this image, all slack has been released from the crane and the crane is facing parallel to the tracks.

Added: Sinking a Skimmer

 

A Skimmer is easy to sink by rolling it upside down, but it will rapidly submerge and right itself far quicker than a coffee cut-scene. However, shallow water can be used to keep the plane inverted. CJ ran out of air and it didn't flip upright. But a slight push while swimming caused it to flip right away. A sunken Skimmer will become water logged and refuse to fly, but this is easily fixed by exiting and entering.

Update 2: Undrowning a Vortex

 

69 Truck Stop undrowning zone as it's close to the Vortex in Marina. Drive to the zone, abandon the Vortex and it'll sink on it's own. Undrown CJ but not the Vortex. Enter the sunken Vortex and CJ will revert to swim mode. After proofing is applied, undrown the Vortex to recover. Maybe this is not the most appropriate screenshot but I love the red sky.

Unsinkable Seasparrow: I'm still stuck. I tried suspending a Dumper over water and ascending into it hoping it would trap the Seasparrow underneath while it was drowned. But the Seasparrow kind of popped up very quickly as it approached the surface and knocked the Dumper out of the way.

Hmm, I have no idea, I tested that you can get out of that interior by dieing with OMF0 (I could die only with suicide cheat, but not starvation, perhaps can be done by entering the marker at exatcly XX:59 with 2 health points left, which is exactly how rtyuijhghff obtained Berk FI Van, since you can`t starve to death durig Supply Lines as well) and not get mission failed, and after that you can move CJ on the outside world, but the movement is shared with the RC Goblin. When moving CJ you might accidentaly destroy the RC Goblin while moving CJ by crashing into walls, but I managed to get to Doherty garage. Other than that I am not really sure what can be done, even if I free CJ the Goblin is still in interior world, I wonder if something like Beat the Cock that has a huge impound radius can impound it or not, or if it will crash the game as well (probably will) but not much clue other than that.

All of the RC vehicles spawned by my trainer seem to save in a garage without issue. RC Tiger doesn't appear to have any collision; can't be pushed but can be shot.

Hmm, I think I might have found a way of getting UT/UC vehicles after getting 100%, but it will require death and OMF0. If anyone has watched rtyuijhghff video where he obtains the proofed Berkeley Van he starts the mission at 3:59 because he knew he would die at 4:00, but he can`t die of starvation during Supply Lines, so he has to die during this "transition" time.

 

So what I am trying to do is the same thing he did in Supply Lines, but in Beefy Baron instead, start the mission at XX:59 and die 1 second later and begin the mission with OMF0 and not fail it. Then during this time grab a Turner car from a garage and go to Wheel Arch Angels (mainly because this one is not available during MCB) and wait for the timer run out for the mission to fail. Then you are teleported to Zero`s shop with the modding menu opened, having those options. Then you could install the unique mods from this garage on your vehicles and also mod some vehicles that are still not available during MCB, like the S.W.A.T., the Andromada, Rhino, Dumper, kart (I think), vortex (I think).

 

I verified that the teleport out of the mod garage works (also, is important to know that all garages door ar close, but can just go through all of them, like they don`t exist), and I could do it with a suicide cheat, but I think it is possible to die of starvation instead, like it was done in Supply Lines, but that it is quite hard, but I think rtyuijhghff can do it.

Having RC Bandit in garage even with 10deaths in stats would make it prize, but its probably not possible, atleast you can get Bandit with 1death on LCS/PSP

I really hope that works, the only difference between Supply Lines and Beefy Baron is that you have to start it inside i think, can you hold calls in interiors, and while entering/exiting? If this doesn't work (or we want a way to do this after 100% without death), we should look into missions/activities that teleport CJ during them, like JB on the bike or MCB in the Sentinel.

Can't you push yourself to the marker with satchel charges' explosion, like in Photo Opportunity? It would be much easier.

RC Vehicle Quick List

 

RC Cam - Unused in a standard game. It's a flowerpot that can be driven (door animation crashes on PS2v1).

RC Tiger - NPC tank from New Model Army.

RC Bandit - NPC car from New Model Army

RC Goblin - Player controlled helicopter from New Model Army

RC Raider - Zero's helicopter in Wear Flowers In Your Hair (standard collection method)

RC Baron -Player plane from Supply Lines and Beefy Baron, NPC plane in Air Raid (luck based collection)

 

RC Cam will accept unique tires, btw.

 

Goblin notes: It looks like the first goblin doesn't get the full immunity treatment. The replacement goblins have immunities applied, and if the conditions are right they are removed, but I'm not at all sure when this occurs. A wrecked goblin will be marked as unneeded by the mission. It looks like unwrecked goblins, and other remaining vehicles, will be destroyed at the end of the mission. Only the triathlons have a clear area radius large enough to reach interior worlds, But that's just the radius. I have no idea if RC vehicles can be impounded by clear area commands.

@rhans, it's pretty cool to look into that, however, I don't think it's THAT needed, especially with a Death. MCB at least is found during San Fierro and not Los Santos luckily like most of the new Special Vehicle discoveries have been found in. So you have much more space to store Special Vehicles in SF than you did in LS, etc. MCB is nice because you can pass the Mission or fail it like Gray Imports if you want to make many, many Special Vehicles with this Mission. It's also nice it uses completely normal Methods and no Suicides, either. If you want to look into the way of doing it after 100%, go right ahead, but I'd personally be making conversions with MCB. The only Death in my new Save is gonna be from the Unique Andromada. Perhaps I should look into how to get it WITHOUT the Death cuz then I would have ZERO Deaths for this 2nd Save and if I obtain it like you get it, then I could possibly make it AP instead of having it normal like my original plan was going to be...

@Militia, certain vehicles can't be obtained at that stage of the game.

 

For example: Rhino, Hunter, Andromada (PERHAPS if you make it Mutant it spawns on top of Transfender just like Bikes?), Kart, and propably some others too.

But I wouldn't want all those extra Deaths just for a few more different EC/EC2 and Mutant Vehicles. I am not trying to set out and obtain 77 EC/EC2/Mutant/AP Vehicles. Only the essential ones and difficult ones, as well as ones that look really cool like an EC Mutant Maverick, etc, etc...

Would be cool, but I wouldn't NEED it. Like I said, I don't NEED or have any desire to get EVERY Vehicle in the game EC/EC2/Mutant and AP. Just what interests me, looks cool, and is difficult to get.

 

Controls aren't messed up on PS2. can confirm they work fine.

 

Good to see it works for PS2. I never doubted it didn't work since it uses traditional, normal Methods, to convert the Vehicles. Anything that is normal is fair game on PS2 and always works. I will be starting the 2nd Save File later today and working up to Just Business for the 3 EC Nebulas and trying to get them with only ONE Mission Failure and all at the same time. It'll also give me a chance to CONFIRM the Vending Machine Method/Satchel Charge Method to work on PS2 in case someone wants to obtain the AP Packer, AP Sultan, and DP/EP/FP BF-400 using the new, easier Method. When I got them on PS2 (twice), I used the Info Icon Method, but this time, I will use the Vending Machine Method, but not going for the Packer/Sultan/BF-400 since I have them already, and getting all 3 EC Nebulas instead...

Just reminder. Only Michelle Monster Truck has ability to be "painted" - like black can cover up livery and red can make it black-red.

The Monster Truck that is gived after passing 8track is not paintable at all. (Only visible in save editors)

And ofcourse Monster Truck that is without livery paint normally, has two color options, just like all other Monsters has two for some reason.

I will boot up SA shortly and start assembling the 2nd Save File in Slot 3. Btw, I will probably obtain ALL Bikes that exist in SA including the NE NRG-500, NE BF-400, and NE FCR-900 and make them AP/EC Black and/or Pink Mutant Bikes as well as NE for the NRG-500, BF-400, and FCR-900. Pretty sweet collection of the ultimate Bikes in the game :D:p

 

Since they are Bikes and so small, I can store them in all the small Garages, which there is plenty of. The big fun begins when I get to San Fierro and more specifically Mountain Cloud Boys as well as finishing the 7 Quarry Missions when I get to Las Venturas later on.

 

What else is EXTREMELY needed and special to convert in MCB and make EC and Mutant? I KNOW Black and Pink are 100% special for Motorcycles, that is why I am picking them and having a Garage filled with alternating Black and Pink AP Mutant NE Bikes. What other Cars/Trucks/Vans as well as Helicopters and maybe Planes (?) would be good to make EC and Mutant?
