Phoenix was such a nightmare but i finally got it AFTER 27hours of restarting vigilante over and over, But finally i got it on my fresh starter save, what a price.

The Phoenix never seems bad if you're doing other stuff BESIDES looking for it in Vigilante. When I got it, it was over a period of 3-4 days whilst doing other Tasks for the Starter Save as well as looking for other Vehicles in Vigilante all at the same time. One day I loaded my game, activated Vigilante, drove to about 3 Vehicles and on the 4th Vehicle spawning in Vigilante was the Phoenix. I also saw the Phoenix TWICE before in Vigilante, but this was in San Fierro, before Mountain Cloud Boys as I wanted an NE BF-400 and NE FCR-900 to make EC/EM which I found both in Vigilante, but while I was doing it, I ran into the Phoenix twice there...

But if all you're doing is reloading or going to each red blip on the Radar to check for a Phoenix and ONLY doing this for days, THEN it seems like a nightmare. But if you're just casually trying to find it, it seems to just appear easier when you're not thinking about it...

I can't wait to redo my Starter Save. It's really the only other SA Project I care about. I am doing a 2nd 100% Save using OM0, but don't care about it very much. Just doing it to do cuz why not, but it's not going to be anything special like the Starter Save and 1st 100% Save without OM0...

Aight, currently on EOTL with all side missions completed and obtained both BP/FP S.W.A.T. and FI Greenwood. Obtaining the FI Greenwood with 100% gang territory wasn't that hard tbh -- only took me about 10-15 minutes by using Minigun and Sawn-Off at the same time. Luckily whenever a cop chases me, some GSF's hanging around would come to aid me.

By the way, is it worth the time to get the special vehicles that can be obtained anytime later? Example would be the FI Mountain Bike from Beat the Cock.

If you want, but I personally don't find it necessary. You have 77 total spots per Save File and there surely is enough Proof, Unique, and EC Vehicles to fill the space. If you miss something, then by all means get something that is infinite to fill the extra space, but I like saving Vehicles like those for other Save Files and such since too many Special Vehicles take priority in this game over the unlimited ones...

Well you are right, but most garages fit 2 or if you are lucky, 3 cars inside, meanwhile the maximum space is 4. So my suggestion is, that there aint too many proofed b i k e s in that game, so your AP mountain bike would be a nice fit in such a small garage.

Lethal Vaccine

The AP Mountain Bike would of fit inside my ONLY Garage which has 3 Vehicles inside. But I disagree that there isn't plenty of Bikes in this game because there is. The only Garage that holds TWO Cars is Dillimore. Every other Garage, Ganton, Calton Heights, and some of the LV Garages included that are small CAN FIT 3 CARS inside. Dillimore is the ONLY Garage which can't store 3 or 4 Cars. Just 2, plus 2 Bikes, or 2 Vortexes, or a Forklift and a Bike, etc, etc, plenty of small Vehicles to go around and if you actually make a plan before hand, you can easily park them all nicely, get them all out, and fill all the space, so...

Photos don't lie. Maybe you just don't park them properly because the way I see it is you never need these added Vehicles. All of the ones in the Story + Smoke's BP/EP/FP/MP Patriot and as many EP/FP Vehicles as you desire can fit with ease and you can store 77. In my case 69, but that is still +1 OVER the absolute capacity of the 17 Garages which hold 4 each. I filled everything with 4 Vehicles in each except Redsands West, which is holding the BP/FP Voodoo, BP/FP Tahoma, and BP/MP Walton. Then I got the AP Fire Truck and AP Packer in the LS Impound. Still 1 spot free in Redsands West, 1 spot free in LS Impound, 3 spots free in SF Impound, and 3 spots free in LV Impound.

At the end of the day, AP on any Cycle is useless since Bullets can't wreck it, anyways, it won't "break down" from crashing. The only good thing with an AP Cycle is that Explosions won't knock CJ off the Mountain Bike, but other than the EP Property whilst CJ is sitting on it, you wouldn't even know the other Properties (BP, DP, and FP) are included on the Bike as Bullets, Crashing, and Fire don't harm any Cycle, period...

Well these properties are useless, I agree but..it is still a special vehicle. Which yea, can be obtained anytime after 100% which actually makes it count as 'rare'. Well idk about other bikes, but I personally obtained all proofed bikes from this game and got some NE ones as well, bcs I aint got time to fit cars in this way that these are hard to get out afterwards. I dont mind creating additional saves, as the story is great and I have a starter save :D

Of course it's possible:

Literally ALL Vehicles can be made AP in this game. Vortex included, Seasparrow included, Leviathan included, Skimmer included, etc, etc...

Oh, thanks. I guess I was wrong then. I tried flipping the Seasparrow for about 10 minutes but failed to do so. Gonna try that again after I obtain the FI Leviathan from Up, Up, and Away!...

I only ever cared about the Leviathan and didn't obtain it from the Story Mission. I just did the OM0 nonsense and while the Girlfriend was waiting for the Coffee and me to accept, I just took the Leviathan from the Airstrip that spawns there and dunked it in the water upside down and activated the Coffee Cutscene and then flew it out of the water and back to the Hanger. I don't really have any issues with the flipping part but I never tried on a Seasparrow, but it's probably more of the same. Leviathan is even bulkier, slower and that was easy so I'd imagine the smaller Helicopter, less bulky, faster, will work even better...

I'm assuming you got the Photo Opportunity Vehicles with the Suicides and such? That is the ONLY reason which prevents me from using OM0 for Story Mission related Special Vehicles. 95% of them require a Suicide (or 2 and even leave Blips for PS2 Version) whereas the AP Conversion requires NO added Mission Attempts and NO Suicides. Unlike OM0 in LCS and VCS which I've used to obtain all the OM0 Vehicles from the Story and Side Missions due to the fact that when you save and reload, the game reverts back to normal. ALL Blips (if there were any) are removed, any wacky sh*t present on the screen when you saved also disappears, and nothing is harmed. Yet in SA if you save with this sh*t, you can never remove it. Hell, even in VC with the EC Black Conversion using OM0 is harmless. No stray blips or anything to taint the Save. It's just SA where OM0 sucks and ruined the game due to making all Special Vehicles from the Story and Side Missions useless since now anyone without any skills can get any AP Vehicle they want since the Conversion is a 1 star difficulty. It can't get any easier than that...Even the EC/EM Conversion makes all the EC Vehicles useless but a handful. Why anyone would actually LIKE this instead of obtaining the actual Special Vehicles from the Story is beyond me. You want 60 AP Vehicles, then rinse and repeat doing the same thing 60 times. Sounds boring, right? It is.

I already did an OM0 Save last Summer and then deleted it as I plan to redo my Starter Save over and the 2nd Save File using OM0, but this time, I will NOT go all out and make tons of random useless AP Vehicles I will never touch. Just my favorites will do, like the Hunter, Leviathan, Police, Hydra, etc.

HERE was the old Save

When I redo this 2nd Save File, it will NOT be including the Unique Andromada or the 3 EC Nebulas as I have these already in my new current 1st Save File with no OM0 sh*t. It also will NOT include any Vehicle from my 1st Save. Like, I have an EP/FP Phoenix for example in the 1st Save, so that means I won't have an AP Phoenix in the 2nd Save. I won't be getting duplicate Vehicles, but in AP form. Doesn't interest me at all...

I am only doing the 2nd Save basically for the Unique/EP/FP RC Baron and some AP/EC/EM Vehicles, but not as many as this old 2nd Save had.

All the sh*t you see written under the Photos is obsolete at this point since I redid my 1st SA Save which now has 69 Special Vehicles and the Stats are also much better, too. Just like I will be redoing the Starter Save and 2nd Save File as well in a few months when I get back to SA. First need to finish FIVE VCS Saves and then go back to III and redo the 53% Starter Save and TWO Saves for ALL Special Vehicles included...

In about 9 months from now I also plan to redo the SA Mobile Save and do it traditionally. Not gonna just make random AP Vehicles like my current SA Mobile Save is like...

I know how you feel. Sinking a vehicle in a water and later on pushing it back to the surface doesn't feel rewarding as doing it the legit way. I'd rather flip an Infernus with a Tractor no matter how many attempts it would take me, shoot a wreck of a Greenwood back to a starving garage no matter how many times the garage eats the wreck or how many sadistic cops/pedestrians would shoot me (though only criminals, dealers, and prostitutes are the ones who have pistols), shoot a Maverick off a helipad (though this only takes me about 20-25 minutes), than pushing them out of the water. Gives you the feeling of satisfaction when you conquer a laborious task.

This is why I also make 2 save files: one for only the "traditionally" obtained special vehicles, and one for the OM0 vehicles. I also don't take this OM0 save seriously, so I don't care that much about suicides and failures. I also have plans on redoing my 1st save in the future, as well as redoing my own starter save (which I already deleted and which I used in my 1st save) since this starter save was from my old PC.

I actually wanted to get the CP Leviathan as well (by CP I mean Crash Proof), but I still have no idea how the SF Impound works.

Lethal Vaccine

That's pretty much the ONLY reason I didn't get it in my new 1st Save File. Since you're forced to use the Impound, the only one I never used, I just skipped it. As for the Police, I also just "skipped it," but that's because I tried on 5 or 6 other Saves 50X Attempts each without getting close, so I figured I don't need it on PS2 as I can get it on Mobile when I do my new Save first try. Simple on PC/Mobile/Xbox, but extremely wack on PS2 and the culprit is the poor draw distance for PS2. Doesn't matter how good you keep the camera on the Police after the Greenwood is destroyed. All that matters is the DISTANCE away you are when the Greenwood explodes to the Police in the alleyway. If you make the turn up the hills, it's gone. Only way to get the Police would be to somehow destroy the Greenwood practically in front of the alleyway which isn't possible unless you use that Pause/Unpause bullsh*t, which is why it's so easy on the other Platforms but not PS2 since that doesn't work. Without Pause/Unpause and without good Draw Distance? 1% chance of obtaining it.

Since I have 4 Deaths in my 1st Save (AP/EC Maverick, AP Mothership, Unique Andromada, and AP Fire Truck), I was actually going for ZERO in the 2nd Save despite it being the inferior Save due to it using OM0. I also was trying to get 161 or 162 Mission Attempts for that 2nd Save, as well, thus only failing ONCE or ZERO times for the entire Save by 100%. The only thing that MIGHT bump me over and give me some extra Attempts is Cesar's annoying Courier Calls OR the RC Baron depending if I can pass the Mission or not. All those Side Missions that the RC Baron can now be obtained from add Attempts, so I won't be doing that. Getting it from Air Raid with either passing or failing, preferably passing.

But everything you said, I agree on 1000000%. Any OM0 Save I do will always be the inferior Save and the one I don't care about. It's just for fun and I don't take it seriously...

RationalPsycho

I made a BP/FP/EP/Half-DP Squalo (what's up with DP on boats in this game?). Flipping it was not much of a trouble (I found a couple of good spots that work well most of the time), but flipping it back was f*cking hard. It took me quite a while, and I did have a Minigun! Without a Minigun, boats are even more tedious to "drive" around when upside down.

Beaching and storing the boat: Remember the small pier where a Seasparrow and Sadlsh*t (yes, that's its actual name in the internal game files) spawn near the Verdant Meadows aircraft graveyard? The Squalo in particular is fast enough to make the jump and reach level ground, and subsequently start going downhill. It's a bit tricky, but definitely possible. I haven't been able to make the jump with any other boat as of yet, not even with the Jetmax. If done right, then you can push the Squalo to the nearby hangar with ease. Also, you can beach it next to the NRG-500 at the docks, and store it in the San Fierro Impound. These two locations are the most recommended ones (the hangar only for the Squalo), as they're closest to the ocean.

Getting back to the ocean:

Verdant Meadows Hangar - You can use the Seasparrow and Sadlsh*t pier, but it's a bit tricky going uphill to get there, because boats absolutely love sliding back down. There is a very specific place you need to position your boat, and carefully push it upwards with a Dune or a Rhino (these two work perfectly; the former has awesome torque, and you can fire the latter's cannon backwards to make it all the way to the top). I would take a screenshot of the exact spot and positioning, but I can't, because my PC is being an asshole.* Alternatively, you can use the Minigun, but it seems a bit harder to me.

San Fierro Impound - Okay, this one is easy, as the ocean is very close by, but you MUST use a Minigun to go up the slope. Pushing the boat of choice with anything else is next to impossible.

A couple of tips:

- After fully storing a boat, if you want to get it back to the ocean, enter it first. For some reason, it becomes much easier to push when the engine is turned on. Also works for other GTA games (even the "Stories" ones).

- If you enter the Impounds whilst your cell phone is ringing, you will not get a wanted level. Can be useful for getting vehicles out.

Next up is the Predator, since it's the only boat mounted with guns, but I won't be storing it in the hangar, as it's not fast enough to make the jump from the nearby pier. To the San Fierro Impound it goes. I wonder if it's more "reliable" like other Police vehicles, as they, along with aircraft, the Vortex (which is regarded as a plane), and the standard Firetruck I think(?), are the "safest" ones to store in the Impounds, but I doubt it.

*Ever since I installed Windows 7, I've been experiencing an issue with San Andreas in particular; when starting the game, the .mpg movies (GTAtitles and Logo) don't show properly, instead giving me a black screen, with only the sound playing, and when manually quitting (Quit Game in the menu), I get an error message "GTA San Andreas.exe has stopped working", even though the game itself was running just fine, including my Save Files! When I press PrtScn to take a screenshot of the game and paste it on Paint, the image is blank. This doesn't happen with other GTA, and I have no idea why.

I spent quite a bit of time observing the Hashbury garage from a remote camera I had placed below while CJ made flybys above with a Maverick or entered and exited the interior, I was trying to recreate a trick to transfer immunity flags from one vehicle to another without success - possibly because watching it changed the conditions.

Transferring immunity flags?! That's very interesting. Could you explain more?

Lethal Vaccine

You just fly over the Garage very fast while you have lets say an AP Vehicle in the Garage with a completely normal Vehicle and if you're lucky enough, the Vehicles won't vanish and the Vehicle that was AP will transfer it's Properties over to the one that wasn't immune. It barely works, though, and probably will take days of reloading just to get it done to one Vehicle...

When a Boat is grinding its bottom on land or the seafloor, it's creating damage to a Boat. However, collisions on top of the Boat don't give damage. It's just the very bottom of the Boat that can be damaged from grinding/crashing...

You can store ANY Vehicles in an Impound and keep them there forever. I don't know why people say there is certain Vehicles and Types that only can be stored in there. ANYTHING can be stored, EVERYTHING remains. Simple as not getting them overwritten by maintaining and doing the proper steps in order for them not to vanish, like driving a Vehicle to start a Mission and getting it impounded by going into the Red Marker....Like what happens with Just Business. Drive a Vehicle to Smoke's House? Impounded, thus anything you had in there is overwritten. When using Impounds, it's safer to run on foot everywhere when doing Missions...

About the Phone Call and not getting a Wanted Level. I said that HERE, over a year ago :D:p

Transferring properties sounds pretty messed up, but it's still some kind of conversion :D Is there any record of this happening in Vice City or any other GTA? In San Andreas, this is almost useless, since AP conversion is already possible, but it would be neat if it could be done in other games, even with so low chances of happening.

Rhans' videos are the reason I even became aware on the conversion being possible on boats, and consulted them months ago, but only decided to fully get things down today. The place where he flipped the Predator the first time didn't work for me. I found a couple of spots that work better, and I'm sure there are more. Ironically, the location that didn't work for him to flip the boat the second time was the one that worked for me, whereas I couldn't flip the Squalo back up where he did.

Something tells me that the upper half of ALL boats is DP, and in other games as well, even if they don't possess the property in question. Like how they are not programmed to blow up when upside down. Has anyone confirmed/debunked this? Nevertheless, I took the Squalo for a ride, kept smashing Predators and vice versa, and after a while, it caught fire and blew up. And this didn't only happen once. So, I personally don't consider it AP. I don't care what the Save Editor says; to me, it's BP/FP/EP.

About the Impounds, most* vehicles can be stored and kept if proper precautions are taken, sure, but some seem to be more "stable"; aircraft (Vortex included), Police vehicles**, the Firetruck (water cannon variant), and Ambulance. Not 100% sure about the last two, and I don't know if there are more, but planes and helicopters are generally more reliable. For example; you have two cars and a Hydra stored and look away from the Impound zone for three seconds or so? Cars are gone, Hydra remains. This can be used from time to time to get undesirable cars out of the way if you only have "stable" vehicles stored in the Impounds, so you won't have to always run on foot between missions. Unstable vehicles require more caution to be permanently kept in these garages.

*Aside from ridiculously gargantuan things like the AT-400, for some reason, bikes are pretty messed up in the San Fierro Impound in particular. They're not loaded properly when "opening" the garage (they become stuck on the roof or something), making them almost impossible to store. Not that you would want to anyway, since the San Fierro Impound is the biggest of the three, so you're better off storing aircraft there.

**First, I'm not certain if ALL Police vehicles are "stable", and second, in the Los Santos Impound, I remember NOT being able to store a Police car; the "door" would never "close" down on it, and it would just sit there, unrepaired and everything. Generally, these garages are kinda wacky, so I usually avoid them unless I absolutely NEED the extra space.

I only ever heard of it happening in SA, no other GTA's and in SA, I only ever heard of it happening ONCE from Krawk (Old Member, been off for a while I believe) who made an AP Seasparrow like this with the transferring of Properties. With this, though, you need to obtain a few of the AP Jealous Girlfriend Vehicles or obtain the infinitely available AP Mountain Bike, cuz when you transfer the Properties, the Vehicle which was immune originally reverts to normal...If this was more reliable, I would have it in the Guide and personally use it to get AP Vehicles than using an OM0 Conversion...

Yeah, in VC the DP Property isn't present on any Bikes or Boats, either. And in LCS, the DP Property also doesn't register on Boats, but it does Bikes. So in SA, the Boat is only half DP, but like you, I'd probably just call it a BP/EP/FP Boat. If something isn't registering in-game, I won't confuse people by calling it AP when it's clearly not from colliding with objects. Idc what any Save Editor or Script says. If it's not registering in-game, it's not real.

I don't have much experience with the Impounds. I only ever used them (LS and LV ONLY) a few times. One time, I used it right when the AP Packer/AP Sultan/DP/EP/FP BF-400 was discovered and I had to store the AP Packer in the LS Impound and I literally kept it there from Just Business until Verdant Meadows when I bought the Airstrip and the Hanger where I then took the AP Packer to and kept it there for the remainder of the Save. Then in my current Save, I had an EP/FP Bloodring Banger, EP/FP Sandking, and AP Packer in the LS Impound and again, I kept them there for a very long time, even PAST Verdant Meadows and to this day, I still have the AP Packer inside the LS Impound with the AP Fire Truck. Once I obtained it and wasted CJ in the Hanger, I took it immediately to LS and used the Broadway and "Pimp-ounded" to the Impound where the AP Packer was and those were the only 2 in there and still in there. I also had the AP Sultan in the LV Impound from Just Business very early in the game to conserve space early on due to how many EP/FP Vehicles I was getting in the Save with all the Rare Vehicles from Vigilante and/or Locked Territory from my Starter Save. I also had to get the 3 EC Nebulas, too. A lot of careful planning had to be done in order for it all to work and to maximize space and get EVERY AP Vehicle (except the AP Mountain Bike), EVERY Proof Vehicle (except the DP/EP/FP/MP Police and DP Leviathan), EVERY EC Vehicle (NO OM0), and EVERY Unique Vehicle (NO OM0) in the SAME SAVE. Plus all the Rare EP/FP Vehicles like the Phoenix, Turismo, Bullet, Hotknife, Euros, NE NRG-500, Seasparrow, Sandking, Bloodring Banger, etc, etc. The Save couldn't of been better, tbh.

I also used the Impounds (LS and LV) for my OLD 2nd Save, but I took the easy way out which probably is what most people will do these days and just wait until the END of the game to make 3 Helicopters/Police Vehicles AP and then used the Pimp-ounding LS Trick and Emerald Isle Car Park LV Trick to impound all 3 to LS/LV Impounds. But that isn't anything challenging since you have no more Missions to complete so it's easy to NOT get things overwritten at that stage. The Impounds when using them from the beginning until the end are where the challenge is found. Not at the end of the game...

I still have yet to experience the SF Impound due to all the horrors I hear about it, especially on the PS2 Version. All the Impounds work differently compared to PC and PS2 and as always everything is easier on PC, especially due to Camera Control which is incredibly more difficult compared to PC with the Mouse. You can move into a direction and it looks like people can literally keep the camera on a fixed object with ease. Try that on PS2 or Mobile and you'll f*ck it up after a few seconds. Take the camera off the Impound Zone? Poof, everything gone...

I have some interesting plans for when I get to my 2nd Save File by this September, though. I am looking forward to getting back to SA after finishing up 3 more VCS Saves and a new III Starter Save and 2 100% Saves, but mainly only for my new Starter Save in SA, not so much the 2nd Save File since all it's going to contain is a Unique/EP/FP RC Baron, and some AP/EC/EM Vehicles using OM0. Nothing else to obtain, since I have everything already in my 1st Save...The only good thing in my eyes about the 2nd Save is that it'll have very good Stats, unlike the 1st Save...Which has +6 Pay and Spray Visits which isn't needed (cuz I had 6 in my Starter Save), 30+ extra Attempts (to obtain 30+ Special Vehicles which required Failure), and 4 Deaths (AP/EC Maverick, Unique Andromada, AP Mothership, and AP Fire Truck). Also the Total Playing Time is slightly higher than I would of liked, as well. So ALL of these Stats will be made better in the 2nd Save...1 Pay and Spray by 100%, 161/162 Attempts, unlike the 200 I have in the 1st Save, and ZERO Deaths since I don't need to waste CJ for any Special Vehicles for the 2nd Save unlike the 1st Save. And since I won't be going for any ultra time consuming Special Vehicles like the 1st Save (I am looking at you AP Boxville with passing the Mission), I can do it faster than what I have done in the 1st Save which was 58:11.

Most police vehicles that spawn within the impound lot are controlled by the impound script and won't save.

Wait... Transferring vehicle immunity to another vehicle? Never heard of that before. Might try it when I'm available (of course will try it in a separate save -- preferably an OM0 save). Since I'm done with my traditional special vehicles (which I will redo in the future), I'm gonna create a new OM0 save with minimum stats possible. I don't plan on continuing my current OM0 save since I don't have time to play as of now.

Lethal Vaccine

Yeah, there is a Topic about this somewhere on the Forum from like 2010-11 or something, but I won't be finding it anytime soon lol

I think it was called BP/DP/EP/FP/MP Seasparrow or something like that. Can't remember. I don't know if Krawk was the one who made the Topic, either. It could of been another older Member. A lot of people have vanished over the years. fnxrak included...He's been gone for over a year. He'll come onto the Forum time to time, but you don't see him in any Topics anymore...

About the Impounds, most vehicles can be stored and kept if proper precautions are taken, sure, but some seem to be more "stable"; aircraft (Vortex included), Police vehicles, the Firetruck (water cannon variant), and Ambulance.

Argh, my bad. Police vehicles are not "stable". I can confirm the Firetruck (water cannon) and Ambulance though.

The Predator is not among the few reliable ones. Vanishes when you look away for a bit. Speaking of Police vehicles, I read some cases of them vanishing from ANY garage, Impound or not, upon completion of "End of the Line". However, this has NEVER happened to me, not even on the PS2. Seriously, how else is the S.W.A.T. Tank obtainable then? Is this only happening on certain versions or what?

Also, I can't use the Las Venturas Impound for sh*t. People say this is the most reliable one, and the other two are tricky to deal with, but for me, the opposite happens; I can manage the LS and SF Impounds just fine, but NOT the LV one. I do remember on PS2 though, I used to frequently see "random" vehicles spawning in the Impound zone, back when I had no idea how these garages work, but I haven't been able to abuse the extra storage on PC as of yet. Is there any particular way of approaching the zone?

Most police vehicles that spawn within the impound lot are controlled by the impound script and won't save.

Yes. I remember trying to store Police cars spawning down there, to no success. However, if you take one and store it in a normal garage, the script control goes away, so if you take it back to the Impounds, it can be stored just fine. Note that Police cars that spawn due to your wanted level can be stored there from the start, as they're controlled by a different script. Also, random vehicles that sometimes spawn next to the Police cars are not script-controlled, so you can just park them in the Impound zone, and successfully store them as well.

That's a bunch of bullsh*t. I also read something like that Online (probably from GTA Wikia - Home of the Most Unreliable Nonsense Known to Man) years back and in 2014 doing my FIRST SA Playthrough with Special Vehicles SINCE 2006, I was skeptical and worrying about this. After 9 or 10 Saves done since 2006 on both PS2 and Mobile, I can say that it's utter nonsense. It doesn't happen.

Speaking of the S.W.A.T., is it possible to knock down the Crack Palace Wall and then store the S.W.A.T. in a Garage and after PASSING the Mission, still be in the Garage? If so, then you can make this Unique/AP S.W.A.T. and NOT having to fail the Mission for the BP/FP Version...

LV Impound is so easy. Both on PS2, Mobile, and PC. All you do is hug the walls going in and when you get to the down Ramp to reach the bottom level, you just turn the camera around and keep looking at the Impound Zone until you reach the very bottom, then just run toward the Vehicles you have stored there. Furthermore, there is this Video depicting on PS2 where it seems like it was NOT needed to even look at the Impound Zone at all, making it even EASIER than what I was doing all this time:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=or15K3R9U9I

Also to this day, I have not seen a single "random" Vehicle spawn in the LV Impound. Only LS and SF...

I FOUND THE PERFECT SPOT TO MAKE AN AP HYDRA!! Remember the Golf course in San Fierro? There is a small, very very shallow pond there, but just deep enough for the Hydra to work. Land it there carefully, and make sure its wheels are retracted. Accept the "coffee" IMMEDIATELY, because if you stay there for long enough, the plane will blow up, due to its bottom grinding against the pond bed. After the cutscene, release its wheels, exit the plane, enter it to start the engine, and fly away. No pushing, no undrowning, NOTHING!

Previously, making an AP Hydra was considered hard, like other planes, but with this location, the Hydra in particular should be just as easy, if not easier than a Rhino. Make note that this is unlikely to work with any other plane, since the Hydra is the only one that can fly vertically, allowing for an easier landing and takeoff.

Still though, I can't f*cking manage the LV Impound. Hugging the walls is the strategy I use for the other two, and usually works for me, but it doesn't work with this one.

I've seen another easier spot for the Hydra in a Video showing AP Conversion, too. It was near a location in The Desert or LV where an Oyster is found. However, the only way I did it from before was Undrowning it and it was annoying since it wound either land upside down, or land right side up, and then roll away into Grey Hell. I plan to make a Hydra AP again in my 2nd Save using one of these newer Locations. I'll be making a Shamal AP, too, cuz there is an AP Shamal in Saint Marks Bistro but is unobtainable from the actual Mission like the EC Yellow Forklift is like from Breaking the Bank at Caligula's but can replicate it with EC Conversion...

No idea what the problem is for you with LV Impound. It's simple either looking at Impound Zone or not. I have trouble with looking at Impound Zone on PS2 for LS, though, cuz of the horrible rotating Camera Controls. And unlike easy PC Version where you can just hug the walls and run into there like your ass is on fire without looking at Impound Zone, on PS2 the Vehicles are deleted if you do that so the only way is running in there, hugging the wall, AND having the camera focused on the Impound Zone while it's turned 90 degrees. A real pain these Impounds on PS2, but I can safely say I mastered LS and LV...Just not SF. Didn't even bother trying it yet, but will when I get to the 2nd Save in the coming couple months...
