Cutomizable Apartment City View?

Does anyone know which customizable apartments have a view of the city (instead of the hills)?

 

Was looking to buy one last night but did not see how to tell which one(s) have a view of the city.

 

Currently I have the non-customizable apartment in the same tower that stares at the hills

I know the most expensive one does. Not sure about the other two.

Only PH3 the most expensive one. The other 2 are over looking the hills from the back of the building.

The best apartment view in the game, arguably in my opinion, is Tinsel Towers apartment - the most expensive one.

Suite 1 and 2 have the exact same view. Kinda makes you wonder why Rockstar would expect us to pay $80,000 more for one than the other.

I actually much prefer the cheapest view facing the hill. It seems lower than the middle penthouse and allows for a clearer view IMO.

also - having never had a city facing view - is it possible to see players around the city from the apartment, or is it just some scripted view without live action?

You can see actual players through the windows. At my Weasel Towers apartment, I can see my friends waiting on the street for me when they come to pick me up.
