But I also am pretty sure you don't get shot in the head by NPC's, unless you're at a weird angle (i.e. hit by a car and trying to get up). My two cents, I don't know for sure. PondNewt Posted December 21, 2015 Share Posted December 21, 2015 I think it does help in certain situations such as when you are in cover but the thing you are hiding behind is too low to totally protect you so maybe the top of your head is still showing.
