Took awhile, but I got this one done as well.

Time stamps still apply, but I'm gonna post the entire video as well this time, since there are 13 different locations. Probably the biggest reveal of this is actually that Oats Drive is not, in my opinion, the best view! I even went back and purchased a different locations after making this comparison video.

 

Just like the last one, I really do hope this helps everyone in making an informed opinion on what they wish to buy. Enjoy.

This is actually the apartment that I ended up replacing my Oats Drive one with. (Or maybe 2045?)

 

It's interesting because, when compared, I really don't get why they choose to make Oats Drive the most expensive, Conker has some of the best views, easy access, and is really nice overall. Personally I feel the building looks better too.

I agree. But this isn't new, i.e. the less expensive apartment having the better view. That's how it was when the game first came out and everyone wanted to snatch up the most expensive Eclipse Tower apartment, which in my opinion does not have the best view.

I thought Tinsel Towers had a better view than even the best in Eclipse, closer to the skyline for better definition.

When these came out I got 2866 Hillcrest based on the exterior and that I was told the inside looked the same in all.

But seeing this, I see the interior is the same except for the kitchen and the stairs, and I like that waterfall at the stairs.

and the view from 2862 Hillcrest looked amazing.

So I guess I have to change to it.

Finally a Youtuber who appreciates the views. But actually I care a lot about location too because I always move cars between garages. Maybe it would help if you did them in location order instead of price order. It's also worth doing a walkaround the outside of the stilts.

Increased to 5 with the recent update. The yacht won't take up a property slot.

Weazel Plaza Apartment 70 has one of the best views of the beach, besides Apartment 51 of Richards Majestic which I think has the second best view.

I bought the 2nd most expensive with the view over the city back in the days. The most expensive penthouse now has the same view.

Great post OP I had no idea there is three different interiors for the stilt houses; the cheaper ones have a different layout and decor and then there is two versions of the higher priced ones; a red colour scheme and a white colour scheme. My friend and I bought two different houses but both had the same interiors so I jumped to the wrong conclusion.

Oh, yeah I can confirm that they are not just limited, they don't have any access to the garages from inside the stilt apartments. It's... A ridiculous oversight, really. You can't even get there from the door like the regular apartments.

 

We should get these pinned or something, too good to not keep up for everyone.

Nice guide. I bought mine before seeing this so I had to hop fences and climb roofs to see what they were about before making a somewhat informed decision.
