GTA36362355
See, there is a voice in your head and the first and foremost thing to consider is you live believing that it is 'you'. Thus, all your possible actions become a subset of that monologue (or dialogue, depends on how you see it) despite you being in a space that can hold unlimited possibilities. All that you are or ever will be, will only be an outcome of your actions, right? Cause and effect and so on. Also, the voice in your head is only heard by you when it is only what you speak and what you do that others take notice of to identify you. Come to a total acceptance that your identity in your eyes only gets attributed to what that voice says you are. What I give as a conclusion is that your real identity gets distorted when a gap arises between who you are and who you think you are. This is the primary cause that makes you feel that you have no control over your actions. To be motivated, instead of waiting for forces from outside, you simply can self-motivate yourself by declaring what you want your actions to be and sticking to it even when the inner voice (which is not you but your survival mechanism) tries to pull you down or towards procrastination. Once you learn how to value and respect you word, you have the power of abra kadabra, meaning "I create as I speak". The only thing you need to master is differentiating you from that voice in your head because that noise is never going to stop. Throughout your life. We are made that way. Or just watch this video. QuackinAColdOne
Also, I can't find motivation to study even if my grades are kind of sh*t (I've been through that and I dealt well with it), I want to eat properly but I give up after three or four days of dieting, I want to go to gym but I can't be arsed to put much effort in it. If I don't see results quickly, I give up. Nothing that comes quickly is worth having (like me in bed) anyways, you've probably heard that a million times but it's the dead truth. Athletes don't become good at their sport in 3 weeks, chronically obese people don't lose all weight in a month, and you can't build the motivation to do things overnight. You need to build a schedule on when to do things and strictly follow it, and I mean keep doing this until it becomes a habit. This video by Alpha M should explain exactly how to do this effectively. DarkSavageDeathlyCloud
I do not have motivation. The only things i care for are some relatives, my ps3 and its games, gtaf, youtube and further freedom. And since more freedom is achieved trough earning money i also like money. I woud do many things thus for money or free time. Thats it...further i realy do not care about much. Edit: i am in general driven by hate, anger and the joy of seeing other people suffer in the news and in online videos to be fair. I realy like cute animals though...but yea...i am pretty sure my state of mind woud be considered lazzy, parasitic and evil by most people Edited December 24, 2015 by goldadderXD
