I have noticed if you become the boss and go to Securoserve VIP > Management > style > Drug Baron

 

You can then wear clothing much like a Tommy Vercetti style. This is the closest to a tommy alike clothing style. Any way to get the shirt? Or any other variants. Also you cannot save the outfit.

No, they patched the way to save these outfits already.

Such a shame. This new shirt is hawaian style and perfect for a miami feel

Dont get why those clothes cant be unlocked to have permantly in some way...

Ammunation/gear glitch patched?

 

About 6 hours after it was found. With a sledgehammer - the clothing items are blacklisted and get wiped.
