Does the Captains voice change depending on what flag you have on your yacht, or does he have an Australian accent for everyone?

I thought he was South African at first but after a while, definitely an Aussie.

I got scared the first time I heard it. Guy sounds like a real dick, no matter what his accent is. Couldn't they at least offer voice presets such as 4 male voices and 4 female voices? The actor reads like 4 lines, all you need is to find some bum behind Rockstar's office and tell him to read a few lines for a sandwich...

He actually says a sentence or two about the location after you've selected a destination for your yacht. So that's a little more than four lines.

I agree that there should be more than just this one captain. I don't like the Australian accent and him exaggerating it doesn't make it any better.

As a New Zealander, I can tell the clear difference between those two accents. The differences may be more subtle to people from other parts of the world.
