Gr Moff Matt Posted February 4, 2003 Share Posted February 4, 2003 No cheats don't affect the game There is one way i can think of where they affect ur stats, and thats criminal rating when you try and save when there is a vehicle on the map with has been spawned using cheats. You don't need Hidden Packages in order to get to the final storyline missions. A certain amount of assets are required. The pinned topic should sort you out.
